Palacio Chino — Restaurant in Kissimmee

The 1st time we came from a YT review. The customer service was great met the owner the food was fresh and hot. We live a distance away but if your good we will comeback. I have a large family and my orders reflect the same.** This time we placed a takeout order last night with a female the came slightly over $70. The lady read back the order which was great. We arrived a little before closing received 3 bags headed home. We opened the bags and realized a side was missing. I called them back but they were closed. No biggie we just called the next day. I advised the lady of the issue explained what we ordered how I have the receipt. I was advised they have no way to pull up the order as everything is thrown away. The lady said I should have called yesterday. In which, I said we did and let her know they were closed. At this point, I asked to speak with the owner. The lady advised okay just a second and disconnected the call. I called back then the phone was transferred to gentleman. I asked if he was the owner he said yes, however he didn't sound like the person we spoke to on the 1st visit. Nevertheless, I explained the situation told him what we ordered and took pictures before we ate. I couldn't help but laugh it's just a side item however they appear to thin we we trying to get over on a side item. Though these days we understand their position. He explained he was trying to understand and is cooking come down in 10 minutes to pick up the side item. I was going to place another order since we had to drive there again. I'm glad I held off! Again, we don't live close so we left immediately. On arrival, the gentleman was not the person we spoke to or who most of you that watched on theYT review. Though of course we show our proofs that are here attached. Initially, it was said the picture of the food was not theirs. Then they walked that back and could tell it was their food. This was so insulting especially being we did everything to ensure we took necessary steps saved our receipt and took pictures called back the day of and next day. It was said the person who took the order never added the side item. Now, I understand that could happen but I explained what we ordered over the phone if someone was actively listening this could have been stated at that time. Everything about this place screams unprofessional behavior. At the start when me and my family were ordering the cashier had an attitude the whole time. Following this everything was fine until the food got to us which she brought, then i politely ask for more salt and then she gets it out and waves it behind the counter and says “ here’s your salt come get it” . Previously before all this she said she was going to pick up our food after we finish eating but once I got out my daughters were waiting inside because my husband went to get the car since it was raining, as I said I was outside and she waited for me to leave the facility to tell my daughters to pick up their trash which she said she was going to do . The unprofessionalism from her as a whole give this place a bad reputation and makes the business look bad. Not to mention that their bathrooms were horrendous and...

My family came to Orlando for a vacay. Needless to say we all had our own opinions about this place. I saw a video on YouTube by JL Jupiter, so I was hyped to try it out. My husband hated the food and only had a few bites. ( 5 piece of fried chicken/ french fries and the house special rice). My daughter's thought that the food was just okay. (Teriyaki chicken and chicken with broccoli with house special rice) My son loved it. (Teriyaki chicken with house special fried rice). I on the other hand am torn about this place. I had the garlic chicken which tasted good but was very pale and not pleasing to the eyes. The rice tasted okay but was dry.
