McDonald's — Restaurant in Kissimmee

As a family with McDonald's employees this is the worst McDonald's I've ever been too. 30 minutes in the drive-through with only 3 cars ahead of me but 4 other cars left the line before ordering. Messed up my order and forgot things after clarifying when I ordered and repeating it back. No big deal just fix it. I asked if I could park in the curbside and then bring it out. They said no it was too late and they can't open the door. They told me they didn't charge me. I said I'm happy to pay for what (is already irritating since it was made clear before) didn't get put on. They tell me no I have to go around the drive-through again. At this point of maybe 3 minutes of conversation and being in line a long time there are cars around the building in line. I told them I've already waited in line and I shouldn't have to go back through for something that wasn't my mistake. She goes back to talk to the manager they all speak in Spanish saying nasty things( apparently white people can't speak Spanish or so they thought) the poor young girl who was not at fault comes back says nothing, won't look at me and closes the door to what I think is them talking about it. 4 of them then come outside to bring 2 cars food (but they couldn't come out) and then proceed to serve the food out of the last window and ignore me. I was calm polite and simply wanted them to fix what they messed up. They never let me speak to the manager and never offered to make it right in anyway. We are severely dissatisfied. First, our order was handed out wrong and rudely. Boxes were smashed, fries (which we asked for fresh) were droopy and cold. They handed us the order rudely and then started to proceed to hand us the wrong drink. We pulled the receipt out and asked to verify the order was correct. She rudely took the food back and said this is what you ordered right then like tossed it back at my fiance. Then she tried to hand us the wrong drink again. We ordered two large double quarter pounders with cheese meals. We do this once a week or so at this McDonalds and have never been treated like this in the past. We paid for two large Dr. Peppers. She went to get them but they were medium so we expressed how we payed for larges. She rolled her eyes at us and went to get the large Dr. Peppers. When she returned she handed us the beverage and said nothing to thank or finish out the transaction. The burgers were overly greasy way more than usual. It was almost like we could drink them and both boxes were badly squished. The fries were in a large container but were clearly much less than the normal amount. They were cold and scrawny and some of them were weirdly dark browned, which was odd because not the usual look of McDonald fries, but might just be the potatoes. This is the closest McDonalds to us and we are very disappointed with the service we experienced today when we usually have a pleasanter experience here. I went to this McDonald and I ordered chicken tenders. I was given my order and when I opened the pkge, the chicken looked old and was cold also, all wrinkled up. So I went and told them "this chicken is old and cold and I want freshly made chicken", I mean, I'm paying for this. I wanted freshly made chicken and they looked at each other; l know that they were ready to tell me "nothing wrong with the chicken", lady. I was really disappointed. A Supervisor was there almost leaving and was able to hear what I was telling the people in charge, and he came back, took a look at the content and he told the people in charge to make me a new and fresh order, he told me "don't worry mam' , they'll make you a fresh order; so they did but they were furious.. When they brought me my order they gave me a free large french fries, that by the way I think they were from someone who they maybe gave an extra one and my friends, the fries were cold.
