In response to Keith Daniels and his lies, this guy came into my store at 10:35 and ordered 2 subs, he already knew the lobby was closed at 1030 as I had told the last few customers as I was very busy, he said his order was To Go then proceeded to sit down, I advised him again and he goes into a sob story that no one wanted to hear but I said go ahead and eat. At 11:00 this guy was still eating as everybody left the store, I told him we were closed and it was time to leave, he then said he had already been told the lobby closed 30 min prior by another busy associate on another day, and he reported this person and they got suspended, I told him I dont care and it was still 11:00 and time for him to leave, he then says how rude I was and he was recording I guess himself not leaving, after a 3rd time of me asking him to leave and him not leaving I told him I would call the police of he did not leave, he finally left
Long story short this guy is obviously A bully and use to bullying or threatening or tryna play the victim in order to get what he wants, he had no problem when he was stuffing his face, you can make up whatever sob story you want but I went over and beyond for an obvious bully who if he doesn't get what he...
Read moreat 10:06 PM, my friend and I visited the store and encountered a female staff member. We were looking at the menu while waiting for her to finish with another order. After she was done, she turned to us and asked, “Anything else?” which confused us, since we hadn’t ordered anything yet. When we told her so, she seemed irritated and mumbled under her breath.
We then ordered the $6 Meal Deal, but she put in the wrong meat of the day. When we politely asked about it, she became upset, threw away the bread in frustration, and looked visibly annoyed. Later, when it came time to pay, she also charged my friend the wrong price, not the correct Meal Deal price, and again showed an attitude of displeasure.
We felt very uncomfortable with her behavior. None of this was our fault, yet she made it seem as though we had done something wrong. This experience was very different from my previous visit, where another staff member — a blonde woman — was friendly, attentive, and much more professional.

I went to talk to the employee to explain the situation, she(an African American woman) was not the guy that did the sub, but what a bad attitude she gave us for something as simple as making a new sub for us. I had no idea that she couldn't put our sandwich back on the oven and she didn't know how to explain that with a nice attitude and the way she helped me was very rude. She also corrected the guy that make us the first sub in front of us by yelling at him about the procedure of how to make this sub. WHAT?! So disrespectful! After she finished with us another customer with his wife walked in to the store and this employee again was extremely rude with him causing him to leave the location without any food.
