Went to this store lady rang me up for 9 keychains when in fact I purchase 8. While checking my receipt noticed I was charged for 1 extra went back to store and the lady accused me of lying and stealing a keychain. I asked for her to go review the camera as I can guarantee the keychain was never bagged. Once the gentlemen comes to ask what happened and the other customers approach she lies about accusing “I never said that ma’am” Then tried to tell me no refunds when it wasn’t my mistake. The gentleman ended up fixing the mistake for the error and tried to gift me two keychains which I returned to him as I do not expect a handout or anything free. I expect what I paid for with my hard earned money. Never again in my life would I purchase or go near this disgusting place who rather attempt to humiliate or accuse their customer instead of reviewing the facts (camera)! I have never felt more disrespected in my life.. while shopping around for souvenirs, I'm guessing the owner, it was an elderly gentleman, followed my husband my sons and I around The entire store while there was multiple other families doing the same sort of shopping around. Another family had children who were even throwing things and taking things off the shelves and running around but he decided to follow my husband my sons and I around the store. He Was extremely rude and short mannered when he did speak with us. I don't even know what he thought We were going to do or why he felt the need to follow us. The place is a rip-off; they use deceptive practices such as having a sign saying shirts 2 for 10 dollars when, in reality, the shirts they have for that price are shovelware that nobody wants that is unrelated to Disney. Most of the Disney stuff they have is stuff you can purchase on Amazon, Walmart, or, Target for much cheaper. The items that are comparable to one's at Disneyworld are more expensive. On top of that, the whole time I was there, the guy was screaming at his wife in Arabic. While it is none of my business what someone does in their private life, the business owner should have the common decency not to argue in front of customers.
