I brought my family to this Chick-Fil-A and ordered food valued at $50+. We ordered a chicken sandwich served with cheese, lettuce and tomatoes, which was served on a cold bun. After feeling the sandwich’s temperature while still in line at the drive thru, we discovered the sandwich was cool. We politely asked if it could be heated, which even Victor (the cashier/server) touched it at the window agreeing the said temperature. As we were instructed to move to a parking space, we waited for a new sandwich for 10-15 additional minutes for the same sandwich to be given to- it took longer for the staff to “fix” the order than the time it took to prepare the order. After receiving it once my passenger went it to request a sandwich, the person that ordered the sandwich, bit it. Yet again, it was served at the same cool temperature. We then politely asked if the sandwich could be made correctly and a warm temperature. They microwaved the sandwich (it still had bite marks in it) and gave it back to us. After we discussed the issue with management, conveyed that an employee even touched the sandwich, we were dismissed and told “we can’t keep remaking sandwiches.” The ordeal was unsanitary, untimely, and overall unpleasant. Instead of simply remaking the one of several sandwiches we ordered, “management” offered a refund.

Dear Chick-fil-A Customer Care Team,
I am writing to express my concern about an experience I had at your restaurant today, April 15, 2025, at approximately 10:37 AM, involving a manager named Wood.
Previously, I placed a large order at this location and experienced significant delays. A team member professionally acknowledged the inconvenience and kindly offered me a courtesy card (coupon) as a gesture of goodwill, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, I have since misplaced the card and came in today to explain the situation and request a replacement.
Rather than receiving understanding or basic courtesy, I was met with persistent and abrupt refusals. Manager Wood repeatedly said “no” without allowing me to explain or offering any alternative solution. His tone and attitude were unnecessarily dismissive and unprofessional, completely out of line with the exceptional service standards I’ve come to expect from Chick-fil-A.
This level of treatment was disappointing and does not reflect the company’s values. I truly believe a manager in this role should demonstrate empathy, professionalism, and a willingness to work with guests, especially when prior goodwill was already extended by your team.

Read moreChick-fil-A is always a dependable choice for a quick and delicious meal, and this location near Disney World certainly didn’t disappoint. From the moment we arrived, we could tell it was a popular spot. The parking lot, while a bit on the small side, was full, but that didn’t stop the team from keeping everything running smoothly. Despite the crowd, the service was impressively quick and efficient, just as you’d expect from Chick-fil-A. Just be aware parking may be an issue at times.
The food quality lived up to the high standards the brand is known for. Every bite was fresh and delicious. The staff was friendly and courteous, frequently using their signature “my pleasure” tagline, which always adds a touch of warmth to the experience.
What really makes this location stand out, however, is the miniature train that runs along a track near the ceiling of the dining room. It’s such a clever addition, especially given how close this Chick-fil-A is to Disney World. My boys were absolutely captivated by the train, watching it make its way around the dining room as we enjoyed our meal. It brought an element of fun and whimsy to the experience, making it more than just a meal—it was entertainment, too!
