Subway — Restaurant in Kissimmee

The manager , Ryan Masterson, was completely unprofessional and abusive to his employees while we were trying to order our food. He standed at the register the whole time looking at it. Later he mentioned it was inventory time. He complained how his employees kept him there 3 hours too late and he should be home. He kept yelling at the new guy. I could tell the new guys nerves where so strung out but he always kept and smile and apologizing to the customers. At one point my daughter wanted onions in her wrap. There were out in the line. The new guy check behind him under the counter and there wasn’t any. The manager yelled at him and said there should be there because he cut everything this morning. The onions were not there. The employee started to go in the back to get them and the manager stopped him and said no I’ll get them because no body wants him to go home anyway. So we waited …. The manager stood there at the register for at least 3-4 min before he went to the back to get the onions…. While we stood right in front of him waiting. Unbelievable!!!!! The rudest and most unprofessional person I have met in a long time. He needs to be fired and the other employees need a raise for putting...

Seems that this location has had bad reviews for years and nothing is done to fix it. High turnover rate. I almost see someone new every month. They are overworked. They close when they want to close. Many hospital workers rely on this location for our lunch. They close early almost every time I want to come. I have resorted to ordering online. Even after I placed my order I walked by and the employee was already half way through putting everything away. My order was placed around 9:20pm and he didn’t see it before closing up. So I had to remind him to check the online orders because he didn’t see mine. Thankfully he took some stuff back out to complete my order and I was able to eat. Another employee bursted into tears after a nurse was questioning why they were closing early(30 min early). They never have lettuce towards the end of their shift. This is a terrible location and managed very poorly. The hospital should shut them down and bring in something else. I’d take Jimmy John’s over Subway.

Edit: changed from my 1 star review. they have gotten better and my favorite employee is Steven. Always kind and friendly despite how busy he is. He definitely turned the place around and...

They’re supposed to be open at 9 o’clock they never open at 9 o’clock open 11 or 12 o’clock is very inconvenient Because I work in the hospital and I never have a chance to eat because the hours that they open I asked the manager what time they really open and he doesn’t answer me I also ask him what time they close he didn’t want to answer me and they never open by the time that we really need them so they need to do something I bought it if not they’re not gonna be making much money I am not the only one that’s a lot of people complaining in my job about the same Situation so somebody in the high need to do something and...
