Arby’s in our area consistently outshines its competition, and I can’t quite put my finger on why. The food is better, and the staff is always friendly and attentive.
We recently visited this particular location for a quick dinner and were pleasantly surprised. While meeting expectations is becoming increasingly challenging, this location exceeded them. The General Manager, Angel, is like the others—always there when I dine and incredibly friendly.
On one occasion, I ordered something incorrectly and promptly noticed the mistake. Angel graciously replaced it without any fuss. Another time, I ordered a milkshake and, for no apparent reason, they simply gave it to me.
Despite the numerous fast-food options nearby, Arby’s remains my top choice. They are always clean, police their area unlike so many other places nearby, and Angel and her team are truly exceptional, and I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a great...
Read moreThis was my 3rd time eating at this location. We recently moved to this area. . The 1st time they were out of the Wagyu burgers which I understand they r delicious lol. The 2nd time I got one and it was just ok. I had one at another location that was fresh unlike that one. Tasted like it was made hours before. Today I got 2 large fries and 2 of the 5 piece mozzarella sticks. Now it was about $20 for that which to me is pricey for what it is but that’s what my daughter and her friend wanted. Well the fries were between a small and medium size. If u r charging $3.19 for an order of fries at least give the customer what they ordered. The fries were old, cold, very salty, and kinda soggy. Like they had been sitting there a while and it was the last of that batch. I went there around 6:15pm So not even close to closing time. I think this may be my last trip there. It disappointing because we love Arby’s and it’s very close...
Read moreIf I could give no stars for service and atmosphere I would. Employees turned around and looked at me like, "what are you doing here?" Including the night manager. The cashier only spoke when asking what I wanted. I stood there staring at the ground assuming (probably my fault) that she would give me my total. After about 30 seconds I looked up and she was staring at me like I was stupid. I told her I was sorry I was waiting for her to say something. Maybe I'm old school and expect at least a, "your total is..." I paid got my food and not even a thank you or have a nice night. I then went to the counter and asked if they could turn the news station off or at least mute it. I was told no they can't find the remote to that television. So I guess that television always is on? I would've moved but that would've put me to the guy loudly belching. No thank you. I'll never go to the Clinton Hey...
