They have been known to steal credit card numbers In the past. Check your bank statement always. Also have been seen selling raw/ undercooked meat to speed service. Great employees though and most you can tell enjoy the job. As far as a couple employees they just want the check and whatever they can profit out of you. Meat gets left out in open air or picked up from off the table to use, buns have been in the package covered in mold, staff drop utensils and use them to serve food without property cleaned. Majority of the time you're not even getting what you pay for. They have certain amountsb each item is supposed to have but employees will cut you very short to save product. If you have any allergies they do not care they will still use the contaminated item to serve you exactly and will not drop fresh to correct for you. If you ask for something cooked fresh they grab something already cooked and drop it back in the oil or microwave for a second. I'll be happy to tell everyone what they do from the parking lot. A specifically as the young man at the window if everything was in the back he said yes. I pulled up just right past the drive-thru window to check the bag and it was missing the chicken tenders. So I pulled around went in to get them, they thought I was just missing the buffalo sauce and I advised twice no I did not get the chicken. This is not the first time I've had a problem at this particular location and I know I'm sure it was an honest mistake I just really wish management could thoroughly train the staff. I realize nowadays it's hard to even get anyone to actually work but at least please train them correctly. If I would not had specifically asked if everything was in the bag I probably would have just thought as usual nobody ever gets the order right at any location not just this I'm just asking just please train them right. The experience I had on July 25th at the millertown location was probably the worst fast food experience Iāve had. Me and my friends ordered 4 sandwiches,cheese dip, and fries.on one of the sandwiches there was a literal bug. My friend called and explained what happened and they offered to only replace 2 sandwiches and did not even offer a refund or even apologize for the situation. All of the food was in the same bag so we did not want any of it because there was a bug in it. If we were offered the full order to be remade and they apologized the first time I wouldnāt be writing this. We went to the drive through with the food and receipt and talked to a manager who gave us an attitude and no apology. She also gave us the incorrect amount back so we had to go back a third time.
