6/11/21-We were in town and stopped by here on our way to the hotel that we were staying at, around 10pm. Highly upset and disappointed and let me say that I have never had a bad experience with Bojangles and have tried them in South Carolina... Jacksonville, Florida ...Atlanta just to name a few areas. We ordered the 8 piece family meal which is over $20 and they had the audacity to give us old dry chicken. I’m writing this review with the hopes change would come or people won’t make the mistake of stopping here. There are plenty of other locations which we had just stopped by the one on on Chapman Hwy prior to this one, but all they had were tenders! I will be notifying corporate and if I find the CEO email, then I will be emailing the CEO too! Ridiculous that they would even give people old food, and then the audacity to not even have integrity to go with it! What was hard about dropping fresh chicken. If I wasn’t so tired to drive back before they closed at 11, I surely would have. But, I’m definitely contacting someone else beyond writing this review! Terrible....we have a toddler who wanted chicken and sides ended up being dinner because the chicken was old and dry, while he had to have a burger. There are too many comments complaining in this thread, so I understand that the staff who thought it was okay to give someone old dry chicken after they paid their money is only as good as management. There is no way you as a manager would consistently allow staff to serve customers old food and not correct this, which is why I will be notifying corporate because obviously someone higher up...
Read moreHorrible experience!!! I visit this Bojangles 3 to 4 times a week or at least I did. According to an employee there they don't need customers. It started with another wrong order at lunch today. A few weeks ago the same thing happened but I didn't do anything about it. I was already back to work and didn't have time to go back up there. Today, I made time to go back as my order was totally wrong. I drove back to the store and went inside to express my displeasure with their service. A lady came up to the counter to see what I needed. I explained to her what happened so she grabbed my box with the wrong order, threw another piece of chicken in there, and gave it back to me. I told her the sides were wrong also. She grabbed the box back and changed out the sides and said to me, anyone can make a mistake. I said yes but this happens often and someone should pay more attention. She then started to laugh at me as I started to leave. I told her that she was going to loose a customer and started to walk out. I could still here her laughing so I turned around and told her to just keep laughing so she laughed louder while clapping her hands. This will be the last time I will ever go to that Bojangles. Over the past few years I've spent hundreds of dollars at this location but the employee's apparently don't need customers. I told the lady she was going to lose a customer and she could care less. Whatever you do do not visit this location. The chances of you getting what you order or getting good customer service...
Read moreSo this morning, Thursday, December 7th, 2023, at exactly 7:00 a.m., I pulled into the drive thru of this Bojangles. There were more cars than usual in the drive thru, but I proceeded to get in line anyway. There were probably about 8 cars in front of me. I finally was able to place my order and pull forward. I still had my window down and heard the car behind me talking to the lady in the speaker. He happened to be a regular that the lady in the speaker recognized, and she began to tell him that she will have his usual when he gets to the window, but it may take a minute because she is the only one working. At that moment, I thought to myself, she can't be the only one, but I guess it does explain why the long line. I finally got to the window, and it was probably 10 or 15 minutes after 7. Not only was the lady working the drive thru by herself, but she also had the lobby open as well, with people actually eating in. The lady politely gave me my food and didn't act stressed at all. I wished I could have done something more for her, but I did tell her she was doing a fine job. That woman was running that whole damn place by herself. I surely commend you, ma'am, and hope that someone surely recognizes your hard work and dedication. Thank you for serving me and others this morning in the best way you could, with the circumstance you were...
