Service is slow Food is mediocre at best Ice cream is overpriced.

That’s the TL:DR, as for the explanation. I understand it’s a new store, but still, if you going to open a store make sure everything is running at 100%, not 75%. I took my family here and we should’ve seen the tell tale signs from the beginning.

When we walked in the cashier walked away, it took them a good 10 minutes before the manager eventually walked up to take our order. He may have arrived sooner if he wasn’t so busy trying to show everyone how to do their job.

So we order, my son gets chicken and my wife and I get burgers. The hamburgers tasted like sausage, I honestly felt like I was having a breakfast sandwich. It was disgusting, as for the chicken, well mystery meat and chicken at best. My son wasn’t thrilled with the bland pasty pale chicken.

Already having a bad experience we figured we would order ice cream / blizzards. One would think since this is DQ’s primary speciality they would excel, well think again. It took forever to get our blizzards. When they did arrive the cashier didn’t know what was what, nor could he turn them over out of fear they would spill.

Overall this was my first AND last trip to this location or any other DQ. I’ve also noticed their PR team asking people to give them a second chance. I spent close to $50 and you couldn’t get my experience right the first time. Why would I spend more money for you to...

Not the Dairy Queen of the past for sure. The meat on my burger was horrible. It was hard. I was hungry and tried to eat, but I threw it away after three bites. The onion rings were nice and crispy, but had very little onion. My dad's blizzard had very little Reese in it, mostly just soft serve vanilla ice cream. There was no lemon, or lemon flavoring for the ice tea, and no sugar, sugar substitute, ketchup, salt, or pepper out. I had to ask for ketchup, and for two orders of onion rings I was given 3 little packs of ketchup. For $25.95 I got: 1 single cheeseburger with ketchup, mustard, pickles, 1 double cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, onion, ketchup, mayo, 2 reg onion rings 1 small ice tea 1 med blizzard, which was mostly just soft serve ice...

Not sure what happned but the staff or should I say Nisha who claimed to be the manager. And claimed to there was no other manager there. Would not give me corporates phone number or her name ..when another manager came up and took care of me giving me corprates phone number. Nisha and another employee refused to give me her name so I took a picture of her name to give to corporate office I was told I was not allowed to take pictures...I said a few choice words and left . The the other female employee desided to fallow us out to the car... the real manager seemed to be very scared of these two employees so I would say they are family to the franchise. Go...
