I can’t really blame the employees because they were doing their very best and they are the ONLY reason I gave even 2 stars. I was inside this store at 8:40 am on a Wednesday and they were out of everything! My first two choices were gone so I had to settle for something I didn’t really want and then they didn’t even have an English muffin to put it on! I have had this happen more than one time at other locations as well. Sounds like poor management and lack of understanding of proper supply. There were 20 cars in the drive through when I left- I felt sorry for them all because they were most likely waiting to be told “we are out of that”. Also, I was blocked in due to parking being right in front of the drive through line-thankfully a kind person let me out....Poor design! After a few minutes they said they forgot to make the hasbrowns, please pull forward. No major issues so far. 15 minutes after pulling up and no one has come out with my order, I go inside to be told they don't know where it is...they've given it away to someone else. I have now been ordering and waiting for my order for over 20 minutes. I get a weak "sorry" and am told to wait some more while they re-make the entire order. 6 employees behind the counter, 1 manager/corporate type (with Dunkin on lapel) in the lobby...what?! Read moreThis location was completely understaffed. I have been to this location several times and the service has just been Terrible every time. The barista with the different hair color never speaks or makes eye contact. She throws the drink on the door. On Tuesday I bought my drink and it was disgusting. Then when I asked for it to be remade the manager put the one moment finger up at me and then the barista with the red hair acted like she wasn’t gonna remake it until I told her that she had to remake it over again. She did it but with a terrible attitude. I understand that it gets stressful when working in customer service, but whether you have two people or 10 people, my business is always supposed to work as though you’re fully staffed.
