The absolute worst experience trying to get a simple cheeseburger. To start, i ordered my burger with specific easy instructions, lettuce, tomato, pepperjack and ketchup. Simple enough but the lady working drive through kept trying to correct me to order the #1 which has everything. This took a few minutes before she would uderstand my simple order. We didn't think this was a big deal, just a miscommunication. While waiting outside of the drive through window we could clearly hear staff speaking poorly of us. Decided to disregard just wanted my burger as we were in a hurry. After she gave us the burger it was wrong. She gave us the #1. At this point I was pretty frustrated as they were making fun of me through the window about my order but couldn't even get the order correct. The real problem came when the "Manager" came to the window to ask for our receipt because they didn't believe the order was wrong??????? Made us prove it then said okay and walked off. Then came out with a menu in an attempt to "teach" us how to order correctly... I'm sorry but anybody reading this review can see the burger was very simple.I told him his staff were standing there making fun of us while getting the order wrong and he made excuses for them and told us he wasn't making our order slammed the window shut. Then other staff came back to ask us to move forward or leave, and again we asked for the manager. I wasn't leaving without my food or I PAID for!!!! The same young "manager" came back, yelled at us somemore when asked for the other Managers name, he said to look it up and to get the F out of here slammed window shut again. At this point I had enough, I walked in to the store to find not one but TWO REAL managers working. They weren't notified this happened at all. This guy was apparently a shift lead. He storms out with the other two real managers and started trying to put me in the firing line like a he said she said situation. I'm sorry but IM A PAYING CUSTOMER, not your bro, not your homie, not as he KEPT calling us "bubu" in his undermining way. My partner told him to shush, so we could speak to the managers about our experience and he seriously THREATENED my partner. He came at him in an aggressive way and said something like "say that to my face little boy". We are nonconfortatiol people, and do not go out to start trouble ever. I'm ending the review here because as you can see if you have a problem with your order you may be physically threatened just trying to get it right or get your money back. If the other Managers weren't there we would have called the cops because I'm not being threatened by a boy who calls himself a manager who's actually a shift lead and cant make a simple Lettuce tomato ketchup pepperjack burger. I will not be returning.
The two managers did refund me and were very apologetic which we appreciated very much. However, it doesn't take the fact that we were physically threatened at Freddy's just trying...

Stayed for 2 hours thinking twice that my food is getting ready but the manager was very rude and moody, I continued my 8 hrs trip without food with stomach. I picked up my meal and it was cold. I came in the store and asked the lady if she can heat the sandwich and redo the cold fries, she was like sure and she took the meal. I waited about 25 mins and then the manger comes up and asks for the receipt, I told him I guess I trashed it he was like I can't do anything for you I'm following the store policy, people lie and ask for food and they didn't even purchase it. I was in shock and asked the lady who was on the window that she saw me and probably recalls my order and she did. He had a very bad attitude and turned his back over. I went to the car to check if the receipt is somewhere even I told him it got charged on my account, I found it and got back to the store and gave him it. He wasn't happy seeing it and I told him you should trust and please your customers not the opposite way! Worst manager I've ever seen. I waited like 20 mins he handed me the burger I held it and told him “it’s missing the fries” he pulled and crash’s the bag from my hand. The cashier lady apology’s for me and gave me his name Seth and asked me to write a review instead of calling the cops, I waited another 10 mins he comes back closer to me and say in a very low voice if you need your food ask me in a polite way and apologize for me because I’m not a kid or you won’t get your food. I was in a bigger shock!!!! I told him wait I’be been waiting for my food for the second time I thought you’re making it! He said NO you ask me what you want or get out of the store. I’m like for sure I want my food (this was the first stop and meal for me) he’s like you’re banned from the store! I swear that moment made me feel awful and upset like never before. I only go to restaurants where it is 4 stars and up and that’s why I was here but never thought I’d be treated this way. The lady tried to calm me and told me I hate the stress he makes and she was overwhelmed with his attitude. I asked her not to worry I didn’t wanna cause her any problems. Read moreWe tried the Freddy’s Bearden location, last Saturday, for the first time since they opened. There was no one in the store dining in that evening. We noticed that some of the tables still had trash on them but thought maybe the staff was busy and would get to it soon. We ordered our food and sat down. While eating we were continuously swatting away gnats. We thought maybe our booth just hadn’t been cleaned well until we ended up having to throw our meals away because gnats were literally swarming our tray. We threw our food away and I went to the counter to share what had happened. The girl at the counter said was usually having to swat gnats away. I asked to speak to a mgr. I’m really not sure if the guy we spoke with was actually the mgr but he did tell us that they have had to have pest control come out to their location several times since they opened because they are infested with gnats for some reason. My question is - why hasn’t the health department come in there? Why are they even still open with “an infestation” of anything? This is a health hazard!!!! We were given our money back but will never go there again. I left wondering - If their dining room was that bad with all the gnats swarming around, what must the kitchen look like?? 🤢🤮 This store should get NO STARS. It should be CLOSED until the problem...
