First off, let me say, I used to love Jimmy Johns. I have a wheat allergy and am also doing a low carb diet so their Unwiches were a great choice for me. I was so happy when they decided to bring back the Ceasar wrap to put on their permanent menu. However; lately, I would say about the last five times I've ordered there, it was wrong. I usually go through the Drive-thru and the cashier never asks for my rewards number, and is very unfriendly to the point of intimidation. He rushes you to put your order in and when you pick up at the window, he never smiles. So being intimidated and having my order wrong on numerous occasions, I've decided to start placing my order online to pick up, thinking it would be more accurate and that I would have limited interaction with Mr. Unfriendly Cashier plus get my reward points. Well, turns out that the service is just all-around bad. Today I ordered online, got the Ceasar wrap as an Unwich with no tomatoes (I don't like them) and with no croutons (I'm allergic). Go to work to eat my sandwich, looked it over and was an Unwich, check, no tomotoes, check, didn't appear to have croutons because what they serve is crushed up and mixed into the chicken. Didn't get a bite of croutons after the first couple of bites but then in the middle I got the crunch. I want to think that since there were no tomatoes, they surely saw the no croutons. Very disappointed, not just because I will no doubt suffer from eating the croutons, but because there are not many close options for a low carb, no wheat lunch. I think this location needs new management but I won't know because I will not be eating here...
Read moreWhere do I start! So last week I came in and got my food got back to work and my sandwich was wrong. So I called them and told them about and they apologized like crazy and said they would make it up to me either by making me a new sandwich or they would take care of my next meal. I told them next sandwich was fine.
So I wanted a sandwich today for lunch so I went in and told them and with out hesitation said no problem we will get you taken care of. Mike, Simba, and Haily were all so very helpful and extremely friendly. They made sure that everything was right and took the time to make sure that things were right. Now remind you that we eat there probably 4-7 times a month and in almost 2 years the last visit is the only meal that wasn’t 100% right. The pride that those 3 take in the customers and the food that they prepare and to make sure that it is right goes to show that 1 mistake is a huge huge deal to them. They truly know what customer service is all about and they know how to truly take care of the customer. They also realize that with out us as customers that they can’t work and the pride they show is proof that they actually care and want to be there for there customers! This day and age people just don’t care about there work or there customer. But these 3 actually really do care about the big picture!!

Read moreLooking at some of the other recent reviews this seems to be a pattern, but this store is definitely going downhill. Pulled up to drive thru and noticed five employees just sitting at one of the outside tables talking and joking around. First thing the guy who takes my order at drive thru says is bear with me I’m the only one in the store right now… really weird are five out of six guys all on break at the same time? After waiting 10 minutes for 2 sandwiches & chips even though I was the only customer when I pulled up at the store all the guys from outside come back in and one of them finally bags my food gives it to me and it’s missing the chips. This wouldn’t be a big deal had they not forgot items the last several times I came here hence why I checked the bag. Had to wait several more minutes just for one of the six guys standing around talking to come open the window again and ask what I needed. Mentioned last several times I came there has been items missing and happened again. Guy said sorry but didn’t seem to really care, gave me the chips and closed the window. Overall just bad experience, food is good but not worth dealing with this staff. Owner needs to get these...
