I've been here many times with my girlfriend typically always in the mornings as we pass thru Knoxville on an almost daily basis.
The morning staff are usually Great, food is always fresh and hot, everything is cooked properly and they are very friendly (: which is a relief to have during the morning ( 530 am )
We've been here during early evening times ( 2:40 pm - 5:00pm ) when we're out and not in the mood to cook an entire dinner and it's been okay, certainly not to the standard of the morning shift !
Our last experience at this McDonalds wasn't the best at all, I contacted corporate due to how bad the experience was, the food was all wrong and one of the workers was absolutely horrible ! Didn't have any respect , didn't even say a single word to us after we had 2 separate interactions with her,
After making the complaint I believe the owner of the franchise or someone high up in charge of that place had called me and made things right, Which I respected greatly. I will continue to come to this place because of that call and their willingness to make things right

I waited for several minutes seeing people go through the drive through after me getting their food. Waited for a few more minutes and saw a worker bring out some food. I waived the person over and asked if that was my food. She said no that they were working on it. I waited a little longer and finally went inside to request my money back. Read moreI come here often, most of the time it’s good service, a little slow at times but understandable given the amount of customers.
That said the last two times I’ve been, I’ve had my order messed up and didn’t get any ounce of an apology from a staff member. I went through the drive-thru and they gave me the wrong bag of food, easy mistake to make, I returned it and I got no apology or a thank you.
The second time I had an extra drink on my order which I didn’t ask for - I told them this and no apology again, and they couldn’t refund the drink to my card either. 🤷♂️ it seems to be a big problem at this location for some staff to own their mistakes.
