Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Knoxville

I just have to praise this Pizza Hut for their superb service! First I’d like to say ..I ordered Pizza Hut earlier this year & it was terrible, but it was from a different location. So I decided to choose this location this time, but was still hesitant it might be bad. I ordered from Door Dash around midnight on Wednesday, and I got the Big Dinner Box with pasta and some chicken wings on the side. And my food was PERFECT. Everything was made correctly and perfectly. Hot. Fresh. Neatly put together snd made. Whoever made it put a lot of effort and care into their job and the service they’re providing there. They deserve a praise for it. Everything was so delicious too. The pasta was perfectly made & the pizzas were perfect, the cheese was on it right and the sauce was the right amount.. it all had a great taste. The only issue was the chicken wings were a little too done but they were still good and edible. But I must say it’s the BEST pizza meal I’ve had in years.. YEARS.. maybe ever. I’m not a big pizza eater but I think I will be now. This is my first time ordering from this location but I will definitely be ordering only from this location from now on.. because they are actually doing things right over there and putting immense care into the service they are providing. And the fact it came from door dash.. that’s a hit or miss and a lot of places are careless about orders from these apps, but I was pleasantly surprised it was perfectly done and just an overall great experience. Edit to add: 2 full weeks now with numerous emails from Pizza Hut claiming they'll have someone contact me within "3 business days" and it's been 15 days now with nobody willing to call and take accountability. I understand $40 isn't much to make people. But it is to our family. My daughter has been begging for a family movie night with pizza Hut for months and we couldn't afford it. To end up with all this unedible food that night. Pretty sad nobody could even call and offer a refund or to replace the food sometime.

Terrible experience with this store. Visiting a friend and ordered a Large pizza, 2 orders wings, 2 orders Cajun fries.

Order shows up, fries are a joke. Definitely not a double order and they DUMPED a pile of Cajun seasoning in a lump on center of fries and sent them like that. Couldn't even eat them. One order of wings was BBQ, those were fine. Other order was supposed to be garlic Parmesan, they were dry and hard by time we received them Lastly the pizza (pan crust) literally tasted like raw dough in middle as well as chewing consistency was doughy. Had to place single slices in toaster oven one piece at a time to Crispen up to eat.

Tried calling store that night. No answer. Emailed customer service who offered me an $11 coupon for ONE pizza to make up for the $40 (not including tip) I spent last week. I emailed back and notified them I wasn't happy with their "resolution" to which they then told me the store manager would be in touch with me. It's now been 6 days since my order. Haven't...

This location USED TO do me right. I don’t know what has happened but my last two pizzas have been HIGHLY disappointing. It’s been over a month since my last bad experience. I decided to give them another chance tonight and it was the wrong choice. My past experience the dough was either old or they pulled new dough that wasn’t proofed yet. It was super thin and the pizza was floppy and undercooked. I asked for extra cheese and it was NOT extra cheese. I’ve worked at 3 pizza places I know extra cheese when I see it. Also there was very little bacon. I redeemed my points for free breadsticks and they were dry and the Parmesan was burnt on top. Tonight similar story. I opened the box before paying and wasn’t impressed. I asked if it was extra cheese and he said yes but I could tell it wasn’t. What I DIDN’T realize was they messed up one of my pieces on my half. It had 5 half bacon pep and only 3 bacon pineapple. HOW?! There was very little bacon I could barely see or tasted it. The dough was thin AGAIN. I asked for hand tossed.. The crust itself was cooked more this time but barely. I asked for light sauce but that doesn’t mean basically no sauce it means I don’t want it swimming in sauce. I used to not have this problem. They used to make it EXACTLY how I liked it. I would come once a week. But I’m afraid I can’t make the same mistake 3 times.
