Smoothie King — Restaurant in Knoxville

I have frequented the 305 N. Forrest Dr location. On Jan 3 I placed an online like I have many times. when I got there to pick up my order that was to be ready at 720 am no one was there all lights are off. No worries as this place is usually my favorite. I finally was able to reach someone about 8 am. I had to be at work so I asked if I could just get it this evening since I could not figure out how to cancel an order that said was completed.. I was assured I could. well I called at 530pm to make sure the employees were aware of what I was told this morning. Well of course this message was not passed along. so Mr owner but I will make sure me and all my nurse friends use the other location and no not the one on kingston pike since some of your same workers go there. I gave the cashier my phone to only scan for the points and another card to purchase my smoothies on. She ended up charging the wrong card and said that she could not do anything about it. The manager on duty at the time said that would make sure that I got a refund, but she was not authorized to do and the store manager would have to fix it. I have called multiple times asking for the store manager and she is never in. I left my number for her to call and almost two months later, still no call. In the last week I have been charged for 3 mix-ins when when ir should be add 2 get one free. Also, I can honestly say that when I go through the drive thru at the Bearden location, I am asked what I would like to order; I tell them my order and without fail, I have to repeat it: I wish I was exaggerating. I am not. Every. Time: They ask the wise again. typically say the wrong flavor and then ask again what I wanted in it. It’s frustrating.
