Usually have great reviews for this location but this evening the (pointy tailed) dark colored (think curly) hairedplus sized young woman wearing glasses made us very unsatisfied with our visit this evening. This isn’t the first time but we’re thinking it may just be our last. We were very patient and tried to be understanding maybe she was having rough evening but when my daughter tried to lighten her mood she rollers her eyes and walked away. We also witnessed her be very short with a young lady working construction that apparently walked to your store to leave a tip for a waitress named christy fir prior visit and she politely asked to order a drink. They denied her service due to drive thru only. She said sry and asked to pls leave the other carhops tip with someone they were short and rude with her when she herself looked like she worked harder than my guys do. She apologized for trying to order not knowing but I looked its not posted drive thru only anywhere. Then the rude employee just acts as if she’s trying to order again and rudely refused her a drink bc they were drive thru only. the girl had a mask in her hand she was at the board so that’s no excuse for not serving her. 2 men were painting spaces that it no reason for them not to be doing drive-through as far as it being stuck in anyway. The construction lady walked back to boot barn then She drove back on a rubber tired machine I happen to know is no different than a suburban driving thru the drive thru , lady was responsible and safe driving and very respectful to other guests she turned machine off to not disturb guest tho it wasn’t loud at all and she was still ignored and made four other cars behind her weight she finally just drove on After telling that I feel for that poor girl in this heat and if it was me or my wife or daughter I’d been very upset and I don’t think we will return and we plan to share this experience with others. Sonic time to work on customer service and maybe Rethink the type of employees you are exposing us...

We sat in the drive thru from 7:37pm until 8:17pm. There were NOT that many people ahead of us either. As we sat there, we watched the car ahead of us get handed a bag of food.. which was then handed back into the window and sat to the side. Once we arrived at the pay window, the woman working the window appeared to be under the influence of SOMETHING. We watched her make someone else's sundae/shake and dirtied her hands; then wiped them on her pants; then came to get our card to pay for our food. She read off a completely wrong order, so after correcting her which one was ours, she handed us the bag that had been handed out to the car that had been in front of us. We paid over $28 for one #8 large with cherry limeade, two #8 mediums with tots and apple juice and one large tea. ALL of the food was cold. LITERALLY nothing was even remotely warm. The drinks were wrong. And again, this was the same food that was handed to someone else previously. The only other worker that we even SAW working was eating a damn ice cream cone and playing on his phone (Large guy/black beard) not helping the woman who appeared to be on drugs. Instead of yelling or asking for replacements by them, we paid...left... and promptly threw away ALL of the food/drinks we were given. As a microbiologist, the level of carelessness and just disgusting lack of cleanliness has me wondering what the inside of this building REALLY looks like. Maybe a call the the health department is in order. I expect to be refunded for the order we had to throw away for our own safety. I expect the owner to start caring about their franchise before it gets shut down. I am highly DISGUSTED! I will not stop with the social media posts or the reviews until the issues are addressed and fixed properly. This is not the time for...
Read moreI'm so disappointed in this Sonic. Unfortunate I can't give zero stars. Once every few weeks, I'll drive through a Sonic and grab a plain old vanilla ice cream cone. No frills, it's just what I like. Well, I went through this location today, and I was in complete shock. The worker handed me my cone out the window and I immediately paused. I wish I had thought to take a picture. No where near consistent with Sonic's normal cone. It was pitiful looking. Before grabbing the cone, I said "That's a sad looking ice cream, don't you think?" And her response... "It's a dollar ice cream cone." My mouth must have hit the floor; I was speechless. Before I knew it, the cone was in my hand, she had my money, and I was driving off in shock of her response. What does it matter the cost? I didn't see "Sad Looking Cone - $1" and "Proper Cone - $2" on the menu. If I did, I would have ordered the product I prefer. I didn't come there and get the cone because it was cheap, I came because I like Sonic cones, even if they were $2 - $3... So, I ask the person working there, if it were a $2 or $3 cone, would you have put in the extra dollar or two of effort to make a decent cone? I'm guessing probably not. It wasn't even like it was a busy time... one other person in the drive through getting one blast, and I'd guess 3 cars in the drive-in. If you put so little effort into making a simple product like a cone, I'd hate to see how a larger food order is handled. So sad this location gets such poor reviews and ratings on Yelp and Google, but after the service and product I received, I can see why. A manager needs to stay on top of making sure this location hands quality food out the window and quality service out of their mouths. Top notch attitude and words can clean up product flaws easily and quickly. I won't make a threat like "I'll never be back," but you better believe I won't drive away without a quality product...
