Food was standard for BK . Drive thru service is less than desirable. Food runners are not being careful to get correct orders in correct bags. I didn't receive my whole order nor was everything I received correct. One burger was I received was made special with cheese only, I did not order it special though. A 10 piece nugget was missing from my order as well as a second fry. The fry I received was cold and hard. I wasn't given the sauces for the other chicken nuggets I ordered. I pulled up and checked order saw it was partly wrong and missing items and went into store. In store I found several employees leaning on front counter and against walls instead of working. They were talking and focused on other things than their job. Atleast the front counter employees were. The line employees were busy working filling orders and asking for clarification on orders. Manager seemed impatient in general and like correcting my order was a hassle or burdensome task they had no interest in dealing with it, and seemed aggravated I was asking for missing items I already paid for and for corrections to burgers I ordered that weren't made correctly. I work full time and now it seems ordering from here is becoming a massive waste of my hard earned money. Tonight I decided to order it for supper through my app to try the pickle fries and get my husband the bourbon barbecue whopper. To say I was beyond disappointed is an understatement. Wasted $4 on pickle fries that tasted like they've been out for a while and didn't even fill the box they were out in halfway. Don't get me started on support for help via the app. Spend $30 and disappointed? Here's a $10 credit or here's a $5 credit on your next order, basically telling me to go screw myself, and when I ask for a refund? God, it's like I've insulted them and they say they can't. Basically forcing me to take the credit so they can keep my money regardless. It's getting old, and this is the last time I'm ever eating from Burger King especially this one, day shift never gets the order wrong but it's every night I decide to order after work close to 7-9pm I'm disappointed and wasting my money. I order the same thing I always order double cheese burg medium fry large coke.. the lady says I'll make that a combo for you I say great! When i get to the window she repeats my order.. it's wrong(not even close).. she says sorry I was in the back.. I say no problems I tell her again double cheese burger medium fry large coke.. she then rings it in hands me a small coke.. I ask if she charged me for a large.. and she say no you didn't say anything about that so what do you want me to do.. to witch I said I want what I ordered.. she mills around for a min and then ( with attitude)tells me I need to correct her if it's wrong when she reads it back to me.. witch she didn't do.. and I gave her the order twice.. same lady a few weeks ago same order hands me a sprite..
