I ordered the chef salad today, minus a few items, and they made my custom order within a few minutes. The salad was huge, but unfortunately, they use the kind of lettuce that I consider a garnish, and not the kind I like to eat. They also have salad dressing in little cups, so I never get as much as I want. I'm not sure if I was allowed to take more than one, so you'll have to ask about that. They do have a large cooler with pre-made items available, so you don't have to wait unless you want something custom made. I would go back and try a wrap or sandwich, but I'm guessing they use the same kind of lettuce for all their sandwiches as well, so I doubt I'll be back.
