S.E.A Ramen & Asian Kitchen is located in Market City Market, which is the entire first floor of Regas Square. The Market itself has a food court layout with plenty of seating. I didn't know what soup ramen to order so I asked for a recommendation. The owner recommended Tonkotsu Ramen with BBQ Pork. It was delicious, probably the best soup ramen I have ever tasted. I enjoyed it so much that I came back the next day to try a different dish. The owner suggested Shoyu Ramen. It did not disappoint. I tried the medium spice and it wasn't overly spicy, but next time I'll try it without spice because I appreciate the delicate flavors.
I would've loved if the egg was a bit more gooey with more of a Mirin flavor, but it was still good. They gave a great portion with plenty of pork. I'll definitely come again!
Also, my husband had the fried noodles with chicken and it had a lot of flavor. Both dishes make me want to try the other items on the menu in hopes that they're all as satisfying. I can't imagine what went wrong for the two people who didn't enjoy...
