S.E.A Ramen & Asian Kitchen is located in Market City Market, which is the entire first floor of Regas Square. The Market itself has a food court layout with plenty of seating. I didn't know what soup ramen to order so I asked for a recommendation. The owner recommended Tonkotsu Ramen with BBQ Pork. It was delicious, probably the best soup ramen I have ever tasted. I enjoyed it so much that I came back the next day to try a different dish. The owner suggested Shoyu Ramen. It did not disappoint. While the flavor was not as strong as the Tonkotsu, the Shoyu is still tasty and delicious enough. I highly recommend this place for ramen. If ramen isn't your thing, there are plenty of food stalls of many exotic cuisines in the Market. There's bound to be something you will like.

This restaurant offers a variety of Asian dishes and their chicken ramen was my choice of entree when I dined in. The wait time was 20 minutes for our dishes. The ramen was okay, it tasted more reheated than a fresh broth. Check out my review photo of the dish, it was dry. As someone who has traveled to Japan multiple times, I can be very picky with my ramen and the ingredients used. The restaurant owners aren’t Japanese but the ramen was solid (not enough to finish my meal though). My partner opted for a chicken stir fry. He thought it was a decent meal but nothing over the top. However, he really enjoyed the Lychee drink he bought. They offer ethnic juices and drinks which we enjoyed. This place adds up pretty quickly, for 2 adults we spent $35-$40.

I had their signature ramen (photo) one day and another (pork) ramen another day, and in both times the food was absolutely delicious and the staff very kind/polite. With the closure of Central Filling Station and the loss of Ramen Bones with it, I had been craving for a good ramen in Knoxville. While I don't mean to compare both, it is great to have such great ramen around now and with quite some variety in the menu.

This is the best ramen I've had in Knoxville since Ramen Bones closed. The tonkotsu broth had the rich texture that makes it so delicious, it wasn't over salted. I tried the medium spice and it wasn't overly spicy, but next time I'll try it without spice because I appreciate the delicate flavors.

I would've loved if the egg was a bit more gooey with more of a Mirin flavor, but it was still good. They gave a great portion with plenty of pork. I'll definitely come again!

Also, my husband had the fried noodles with chicken and it had a lot of flavor. Both dishes make me want to try the other items on the menu in hopes that they're all as satisfying. I can't imagine what went wrong for the two people who didn't enjoy...
