I’ve been lucky enough to be a repeat customer of Caroline’s and had the best experience each time, at both locations of her business. It was recommended to me three years ago by a dear friend who took her daughter there to get the endless bracelets together. She loved it and so did we… So much I took my daughter twice.

We both got endless bracelets to commemorate my daughter going away for the summer three years ago. Both of us still have them on our wrists with no issues whatsoever, and in great shape. That’s saying a lot bc I tend to be clutzy and my daughter is really active. It kept us feeling connected and they have remained beautiful through lots of living all that time.

We returned this spring to get another bracelet each to add to our collection. (My daughter will be gone again this fall and spring. It seemed a great way to kick off her adventure once again.). Scheduling was quick and easy as always. We got to visit her new studio and as the old one was, the vibe there was amazing! The decor and light and the welcoming space make you want to sit and stay all afternoon! We took pictures of the studio because her ideas for decorating the place were so unique and beautiful. And lots of vintage goodness!

Caroline had so many options to choose from and explained them all, but let us look with no pressure. We then talked to her while she took turns attaching them on our wrists, and we had such a great time! She is so overwhelmingly positive and welcoming. She speaks highly of her clients and values her customers so much. She really made the afternoon so special.

Cancelled on me at 3am the night before because she was sick (I was totally sympathetic)… When we rescheduled, we arrived early and waited around until the appointment time, except she was 20 minutes late to her own shop. It was supposed to be an appointment for 4. A total of 6 chains. We sat there for 4 HOURS and accomplished absolutely nothing. She wasn’t prepared at all. (5 out of the 6 were simple solders that did not require any customization..) I ended up leaving the appointment and having to COME BACK to get mine attached. So I left with nothing the day of. She didn’t offer any sort of discount. On top of everything, I had prepaid for a necklace that was supposed to be part of that deal. Caroline ended up CHARGING ME MORE for the necklace and I didn’t even realize it until later. After I got home, the necklace fell off within a month. Absolute disaster of an experience. Normally I would never leave reviews and I am a very patient person with businesses like this but this was...

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was genuinely disappointing. I had a confirmed appointment with the jeweler, but they were a complete no-show. This was supposed to be a special surprise for my mom’s birthday—I had the whole afternoon planned—and it ended up being a huge letdown.

It was not only frustrating but embarrassing, as I had to scramble to explain to my mom what was happening. I even started to wonder if I had gotten the time wrong, but the shop next door confirmed that this has happened before. My appointment was for noon, and as of now, I still haven’t received a call or text to explain or apologize.

I work in the service industry myself, so I understand that things come up, but communication is the bare minimum. I wish I had checked the reviews beforehand, but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately, that trust...
