I am very disappointed in O P Jenkins customer service. We purchased a sizable amount of furniture approx 4 years ago and were catered to during the sale. When problems occurred with the quality of a rug, breakfast table and coffee table we saw the true nature of O P Jenkins customer service. We were told that the poor quality of the rug and the poor quality of the furniture was our fault for "heavy use". My wife and I live alone. O P Jenkins "repair" of the rug was deplorable and left in worse condition than before. On the positive side, we had some pieces that we love, however the sour taste of this bit of customer service will prevent us from buying from O P Jenkins in the future and for those who do , we say "Buyer Beware". I do understand that heavily used and abused furniture will show wear, however that is not our situation. I first ran across them at the Dogwood Arts Home and Garden Show not long after we moved here in 2009, and over the years since we have filled our home with furniture and accessories from their store. I have also introduced them to many of my friends, and even my out-of-town family wouldn’t consider a visit here from Michigan or Minnesota complete without a trip to O. P. Jenkins. Read moreQuality furniture. We bought a table, 8 chairs and curtains for our dinning room a year ago. It looks beautiful. The reason for the 4 star instead of 5 is because the lack of follow up from the rep as I had to be the one to reach out to find out the status of the delay on items. The curtains took the longest but it looks absolutely beautiful. We bought 8 chairs but they only had 6 in stock. When the other 2 came in they were delivered but no one noticed that the two chairs are slightly different then the original ones ordered. If they had, no one informed me. Had the rep called to follow up, she would have known. And the reason I didn’t bring it up to their attention is because I was tired of waiting for the room to be completed.
