This Wendy's has a very rude manager. I suggest they find a new one. The owner is a great guy! The workers there that night were very nice. The owner had no idea what this woman was thinking after what she did to us and he reviewed the entire footage. Our car broke down at this Wendy's after going in and ordering food when we went back to the car it would not start, after 30 minutes we walked back inside to stay warm. We were in no way unruly we never spoke back or yelled. We just kept to ourselves. Even with the knowledge of this woman and everyone else there knowing the tow truck was only 15 minutes away she put us out in 38 degree weather. Very windy. We were trembling. She spoke 10 words, we nicely said the tow truck is 15 minutes away they just called it is very cold outside can we please sit inside until they arrive? She said no you have to get out I don't care if it's cold it's for their safety. She said nothing else. Where is the empathy? She had zero compassion whatsoever and had the attitude of entitlement. They were open until 1 am (the drive thru)..inside closed at 10 and 30 minutes later she kicks us out into the bitter cold and stares out the drive thru window. The entire lot and place was empty. That really made the owner mad. We had to sit in the freezing car for over 20 minutes waiting on tow truck. Needless to say this woman is heartless to put some one out in the cold after ordering from them. We had a bad enough night already. Wendy's I suggest finding a more compassionate manager. Very rude and unfriendly. Needless to say the manager was not expecting to be talked to about our situation from the owner and to be in trouble over this. More than likely she should not be managing anywhere but hopefully when I go back I do not see her or I'll have way more thoughts about what really happened with the conversation with the owner . I truly do believe the owner. Super nice man. My boyfriend just spoke with him. He did not yell. We did not want anything except for him to know what kind of management he has running the place. When you see a woman about to be 50 more than likely she is set in her ways. All I want to see is friendliness kindness compassion. The least she could have done was ask us to call the wrecker to see where they were. The owners words to her I won't spill it all but he simply said, could you have not let them wait 20 minutes in the warm? What were you thinking speaking to then in that manner throwing them out when they kept to themselves and you knew the wrecker was coming and you knew it was cold outside and worst of all to stare out the drive thru window looking at (us) shivering was very unkind and WRONG. I hope the owner really realizes who he has working for him especially the manager. I am satisfied the owner called my boyfriend and apologized for her actions and thanked him because he said if no one calls then he doesn't know what is going on. So if you ever feel mistreated at any business. Call the corporation and speak with the real boss. He said he had some sort of punishment for her actions possibly fired. It was nice of the owner to call my boyfriend. If she could have called herself and genuinely apologized for what she did and be sincere about it that would have been amazing bit we all knew she was the type to think nothing is her fault she can't do any wrong it is everyone else's fault etc.. I hope this Wendy's gets new management. The people that were working were very nice they even spoke with us about the van. She comes out of no where with this. If it was warm I would have no issue. If our car didn't break down at Wendy's after ordering and eating there I would have no complaints. People should treat others how they want to be treated. To add a little more my boyfriend and I are just hard workers neither one of us have ever been in trouble. We are 2 regular ole jos. Sorry this is so long I just tried putting the entire...
Read moreMe and my brother worked at this location for about a month. The AC stopped working in the start of summer. Manager complained about the smell and sent several people home even though we were working in unsafe conditions. Vee the other manager draws her personal life into her work life... she let's her kids run barefoot and shirtless behind the work line, and feeds her family without paying for the cost. I had to raise my voice to let her know that it wasn't safe for children to be around hot grease. Michelle doesn't know what she'd doing to save her life. She nitpicks at the tiniest things but won't stop people from actively smoking weed and puffing vapes on the line. Food gets stolen by employees... including THE MANAGER. They have a problem with labor, so they hire more people, but don't put them where we need people. We are instructed that gloves are optional..... I have watched as our esteemed bosses unwrap hamburgers to check and make sure they're right. Using their grubby fingers that to be honest only a handful of employees wash. The health department would have a field day with that place. I would not recommend eating here. Chances are they'll either mess up your order or it'll have cross contamination. My brother and me are done working in that filthy unsafe atmosphere. No wonder wendys is a...
Read moreWhen I pulled up to the drive thru speaker, several of the lights in the menu were flickering so hard it was like they had been replaced with a strobe light. Thankfully, I don’t suffer from epilepsy, but other people do, so you should probably fix that soon. I ordered a frosty, a SM chili, a LRG chili, and a SM fry. I paid at the window, got the frosty and my bag of food (which I placed carefully between my passenger and myself), and I was on my way. I immediately reached into the bag to grab a fry, but all I found was disappointment. No fries. Just when I thought it couldn’t get worse, it got so. much. worse. I went to pick the bag up and noticed how light it was. I immediately realized my bag was empty. Because there was a giant hole in the bottom of the bag. I turned on the dome light in my car (and to my complete horror) found that my entire console was buried beneath a large cup of chili. Because someone carelessly failed to secure the lid, I spent my evening cleaning my dinner out of my car instead of eating it. That’s right, I had to scoop chili out of my cup holder and scrub it out of my cloth interior and from under my seats in the frigid cold. Get. it....
