The burgers were great. They had good flavor and the burgers that were special order were made correctly. The 1 order of fries were soggy and limp, not fresh and crispy. I won't order those from this Wendy's again.
I asked the young girl at the window if there was napkins and ketchup in the bag since we were leaving the area and wouldn't be back. She looked behind her. No one was there. She looked at me and told me yes, there was ketchup and napkins in the bag. A little suspicious, I asked for a few more packets, thinking if I had three extra, I may only have three total. She looks at me and says, "you want more ketchup?" I stated again that yes, just a couple more packs, please. She just looks at me for about 3 seconds. Then, she gets more ketchup. She gave me a huge handful, 15 packets of ketchup! We counted them. She didn't have to act like that. We were out on the road, headed to our appointment, trying not to be late, counting ketchup, lol. THERE WEREN'T ANY NAPKINS in the bag and there wasn't ANY ketchup in the bag.
It takes each employee giving their best for the pay they are receiving. We all know that as workforce somewhere ourselves. This employee made Wendy's look bad. Thankfully, I know the Wendy's where I live has good people working there. The employees that aren't there to create the best visit for customers are let go to find something more suitable for them.
I want to say, though, that Wendy's is an awesome place for...
Read moreVisited this location late on 7/6/2023 after having spent the majority of the day in the emergency room with a seriously ill family member. I say this because I was exhausted and starving and would otherwise have probably given up waiting at the drive-thru and gone on home. As it turns out, there was only one employee working that night. This review is for her alone. I do not credit the owner of this location nor any of the other employees (went back the following day while there was a full team working and neither the food nor service was as good as I had with the single employee doing it all on her own). That night, I ordered a single cheeseburger with ghost pepper fries. It was absolutely, hands down, the best meal I've had from a Wendy's in YEARS. The burger was hot, fresh, and juicy, and the fries were hot, crispy, and covered in delicious ghost pepper sauce. Despite what I'm sure had been a challenging shift for her, she was pleasant, professional, and did an outstanding job. This brings me to my biggest gripe with this location, as well as other locations... If a "one man (woman) show" can produce such an excellent meal, how is it that a full team of Wendy's employees appears unable to do the same??? Thank you so much to the hard-working, lone employee of that...
Read moreWent there at 11:00 pm. Had placed a mobile order and ordered as well. I asked for my nuggets fresh. They pulled me up. Which is fine I don’t mind to wait. The lady came out at 11:10 told me they were out of cheese for the fries. Cool. She asked if I wanted shredded I said that was fine. Came back out at 11:20 with my order and my mobile order. Left my drinks. So I reminded her. She went and grabbed 2/3 of my drinks which took her 11 more minutes. She asked me the other drink I had. I told her HIC fruit punch. It took her 5 more minutes to go in and get my drink. Which was the wrong drink. Ended up leaving and it was 11:40. The nuggets were cold. The burger tasted like it was made at 2:00 PM the whole experience was just absolutely terrible. I get mistakes. I work in the food industry so it’s totally understandable but that girl had to have been on drugs or something. That was the worst Wendy’s experience I have ever had. I advise you to either go to cookout or another...
