I will NEVER go to this location again!!! I come here and order the same thing all the time- meaning I spend a lot of money here! Tonight the manager or assistant manager (I have no idea what her position is, she is some older lady with the place between her nose and lip pierced) decided it was worth yelling at me and making a huge scene over an order of french fries. I placed my order at the drive through for the number 7 (30 boneless wings plus fires and toast) plus a kids meal and drinks. I told the girl taking my order we didn’t need the toast, and they could just keep that. Got my food pretty fast for a Friday night and drove home (depending on when you read this gas is $$$ currently!) Got home and discovered that the fries were missing. My kids were not happy about this so back to zaxbys I went. Get back in the drive through line and let them know my fries were missing. The young lady says “oh I only rang you up for 30 wings not the meal.” So I pull forward for the fries. When I get up there, they ask for $8 additional dollars. Now mind you I already paid $30 for the wings which is the same price as the meal- maybe a few cents difference but not by much. So I ask why am I being asked to pay $8 for fries when they come with the meal? So now the older lady is called to the window, to help with the issue. She proceeds to tell me I have to pay for the fries because they rang up my order wrong. She claims she heard the girl take my order 30 mins earlier and I didn’t say number 7. So I tell her to change the order then, because I’ve already paid for the full price of the meal. And to ask for $8 more dollars is ridiculous. She yells a bunch, slams the glass window smashing the fries that are sitting half out the window. Then comes back yells some more and throws the bag of fries Into my car. I am still not sure why she felt yelling and acting like an animal over a lousy container of french fries is worth losing a loyal customer over?!? In front of her young staff no less, teaching them this is how you handle an order that’s been taken incorrectly???!!! I am sure this amount of fries costs no more then .50 cents at best. But now you’ve lost this customer! Cedar Bluff is lined with restaurants, I will go elsewhere. In all my years I’ve never had someone act like this over something so petty. It could have been resolved with a simple “we are sorry, let me correct this for you.” Guess not. Too bad. In case the owner or regional management sees this review- I am sure it’s all on video feel free to watch...

Well, where do I begin? So I go today to get my order as I do now every so often. Which to know me is to know I have frequented Zaxbys a lot in the past. However, since the old staff from 2021 to 2024, no longer works there the service, the food quality, and just the overall ordering experience has drastically decreased. I have spoken to the general manager, Marcus and the district manager and it seems as if being treated like a third world citizen is the customer service experience they want me to go through whenever they hear my order on the speaker. I legit order the same thing every single time. I don’t come for wings and things. I don’t come for chicken tenders. I don’t come for a milkshake or drink. I don’t come for ice. I don’t come for a cup of tea. I legit come for a Cobb salad with ranch dressing, extra ranch, extra fried onions, extra egg, and the toast is optional, depending on how I feel. So my order is very redundant and anybody who has worked there for an extensive amount of time knows my order and yet I get treated like I’m a bother because I want my food made correctly. Now fast-forward to today I place my order. I get told that they can’t do the extra cups of fried onions that I’ve been getting religiously since 2021. so the cashier/cook Perez and this other manager whose name I don’t know (who wears her hair in a bun, black hair) go back and forth with me about my experience with orders and what they can and cannot do. The girl with the black hair, I guess came to check and see what the issue was but never corrected it and slams the window in my face, letting me know that she clearly has an attitude. And then Perez comes to the window (it’s open) and says “how much are the fried onions?” “What do we charge her for?” After I’ve already paid for my order cashed out by the girl with black hair. So I’m confused on what next step should be. Look at the salad and y’all let me know what y’all think. Where are my veggies? Why is my meat so burnt? Actually where is the meat? Please teach your people Chick-fil-A customer...

I’m so tired of this location. I order Zaxbys maybe 7 times a year. And I have several locations to choose from, so I’ve experienced all locations around here. And cedar bluff is by far the worst and not worth spending your hard earned money on. Eating out is a treat for my family, and I have several kids who look forward to it when getting zaxbys the few times a year we get it and takeout in general. I spent 65$ on an order today and they couldn’t even give us 1 sauce. With my picky eaters that means they don’t want it, I have a child with a spectrum disorder and it’s an adventure trying to get her to eat anything to begin with. She has to have her sauces that we pay for. I just don’t understand, not even 1 sauce with 4 different meals and spending 40 bucks shy of a hundred dollars at this place. If it’s not that it’s the food being old and looks like it set out for hours under a warmer for a place that’s going to charge money like they’re a sit down restaurant like wasabi or red lobster, but provide fast food quality you’d think it would at least be fresh and edible. Smh. I’m just tired of it , simple stuff that should be a given. I get an order today with coke slaw dumped all over our chicken and in the bag, no condiments and no straws or utensils to eat it with. If people spend money on an order then they should have those simple things at least for their meal. Save your money and pick a different location, ANY location is better than this. Drive a mile down the road and the zaxbys there the food is always fresh and packed with care , decent, and they don’t forget anything. Cedar bluff zaxbys is a mess, when you go through the drive thru as well or dine in then it’s nothing but goofing off and carelessness and rudeness. Just a horrible location in need of...

The "toast" on my sandwich isn't toasted at all and the fries taste like they've been sitting around for an hour. In addition to the terrible food, the employees decided to turn the lights off while we were still there waiting for our food. It felt like they were turning the lights off so that we would decide not to stay and eat our food.
