The pizza was good, I do like the quality of their food. The customer service, not so much. I arrived to pick up my order, and It was just myself, and my two year old. I called to ask if they would be able to bring the order out to me, so that I did not struggle to carry the food, and my child. The gentleman who answered the phone asked someone if they offer curbside, and he told me that he would be right out with my order. After 20 minutes of waiting in my car, I just came inside to grab it. I told him that I had been waiting for them to bring it out to me, and he said "Yeah we're too busy for that" My order was the only one sitting in the warmer, and I saw two people come pick up their order while I was waiting in the car. I was annoyed by this exchange, so I called and asked to speak to the manager. He said, I am the manager. I told him him what happened, and he said again, we are too busy. I asked for his general managers name, and he did tell me her name is Krystal. I asked his own name, and he was CJ. I asked when would be the best time to get in contact with Krystal, and he said he was not allowed to give me such information. I am a current store manager of a retail store, and I was a general manager of a pizza place for 4 years. My problem is not that I had to come in to get the food, I would have done that in the first place had I not been told that they would be able to bring it out to me. But after working ten hours, and then driving to Bay City to pick up my son from childcare, I really just wanted to grab dinner real quick, and head home, but instead I just hung out in the Jets Parking lot for 20 extra minutes while my pizza sat in the warmer because they were too busy to be bothered to run it out, when the parking lot was empty, and I was literally parked less than 6 feet outside of the front door. I just contacted corporate instead of even bothering to call and speak to the general manager, seeing as she seems to be casually friends with her employees, I can not imagine her rectifying the situation in anyway. I guess that is why she instructs the staff to withhold her availability for dealing with customer complaints, enabling their poor...
Read moreI said well done - not burnt to a crisp, Jets has gone waaaay down hill. I got better pizza from the local 7-11 and 1/3 the price. They add 5$ delivery fee for what? Jets should pass that along to the driver. Driver service nice and friendly. After leaving review they replied to call mngr & they will make it right, they will not. Refused to give refund, wanted to charge me to have another made, absolute rip off, they did not include the sauce I ordered and paid for, very rude on phone , it's honestly the worst pizza I have ever tasted, it's in the garbage, 15.99 1 topping large +4.99 del fee, plus 30% tip + 5.00 cash tip. Complete waste of money. Will NEVER do business...

Only thing I have to say is the deep dish crust was kinda saturated w/what seemed like a lot of butter or oil that left my last bite a bit icky tasting. While eating (deep dish pizza) the rest of the pizza tasted good. It just at the end of it gave me a slimy film on my fingers + lips when finishing the crust not so much a good lasting impression. The (White) onions were a bit overwhelming in flavor and when asking for light onions shouldn't be overpowering the whole mix of flavors. Guy delivered on time and was nice. Price is high for their pizzas...
