THE WORST experience at any subway walked into site .. asked if I needed to use app to get FLBOGO deal .? ..yes you have to make your selections on the app.. can I pay for it and tell you how I want it? no you have to do it online. I do that.. with specific choices.. and a direction about how I want it toasted. sat down across from clerk.. he knew I was waiting.. NEVER told me when it was ready. got up to check 15 min later since there were no other orders I thought it shouldn't take so long. while waiting for Aldo to acknowledge me I saw the rack in the corner and checked... yes..my subs were there! he didn't even have the courtesy to say they were ready!! I proceeded to eat .. and noticed they were not toasted as requested .. I also paid for 8 slices of cheese in each .. asked for ez lettuce and extra tomatoes..etc when asked Aldo why the order slip clearly says these things and I didn't get them. Aldo says .. I have a list how to make them. that's how I make them. what about my directions? what about all the time i took to order it made the way I wanted it? I make them according to the menu .. you didn't read my order? I make them this way.. he pulls out a label with sandwich ingredients.. why do I order all my choices if that's the case? this has not happened at ANY OTHER site!! EVER. I order my sub with what I want in it.. not a stock list. then he reaches for tomatoes .. says you want tomatoes..I can give you tomatoes. by this time I had already my sub . what would I do with tomatoes? and that didn't address my lack of extra cheese and everything else I requested. I asked for the store owners name .. Aldo says..read that sign. what is his phone number? I won't give you that.. he will be here in the morning. I am supposed to waste my gas and time driving there? what is your name? he points to his name badge.. it's here! and in the window. maybe he is the manager? whatever he is.. he is VERY POOR representation of subway. this is one place i NEVER plan on ordering from again. I did not get what I paid for. I was cheated out of two $11.99 garlic roast beef subs. I would like a refund to buy them at another site that actually makes what you order

Want to try their new Doritos nachos? Yeah well there was little to no cheese, a clump of chicken half of the chips were burnt and I mean BURNT. And my favorite part, now picture a foot long line of Doritos (single layer, box was way to big for what was in it)...then Picture three (3) small slices of jalapeno. Three.
