Unbelievable! I have already posted about the issue this particular Fazoli's location has with carry-out/take-out/to-go orders.
Everyone likes their food. How difficult is it to make a mistake simply heating up already prepared food and serving it? Duh. So of course their food is going to be the same every time and very few mistakes will be made in the taste or preparing the dishes. Simple enough for trained middle schoolers to prepare.
My problem has always been their take-out service.
I have figured out their percent of fails versus successes...75/25. I've even figured out that if more than 3 containers are to be put in our carry-out bag? Inevitably it will be in that 75%.
Tonight's issue? As part of our total order, we received two containers of noodles oh, they aced this. But no spaghetti sauce! 2 spaghetti sauce containers not in the bag! NONE!
Where do they find these employees? Are they trained?
Do they not understand at this point how to even fill a take-out order? A quality restaurant always double and triple checks every carry-out order before handing it over to the customer. Customers should never have to check their carry-out orders before leaving the establishments. I mean never!
Adding to our frustration...they (I mean NOBODY AT FAZOLI'S) even tries to apologize (apparently this happens so often they have become acclimated to carry-out complaints...we have seen many others come in to get their take-outs remedied)! Read moreMy experience was the worst experience I have EVER experienced in a restaurant setting. Way to much to post but let’s start out by saying that if the manager is not interested in customer service or running the restaurant then she needs to look for employment elsewhere!!! I placed a $60 order for my family for curbside through the app. When I received my confirmation I realized there was a slight error on the order. I tried to immediately call the restaurant to correct but no answer after calling three times. I set a specific time for pickup. Once I arrived I followed the directions to call and choose the curbside extension. Once again no answer! I went inside to the employees standing around. I explained my order and began to explain the error. The manager approached BRIEFLY, cut me off mid sentence and waved her hand at a cubby with my bags for me to go and retrieve myself. Never once making eye contact. I tried to explain that I tried to call and was told “well that is because our phones are broken”. Once again never making eye contact and acting annoyed at even having to speak with me. She finally corrected the error by tossing 3 small salads at me in a bag and say “here this is all we have”.
Needless to say I walked out shocked. This will be the last time I spend one cent in a restaurant where customers are treated as an inconvenience. I had an extremely rough day and had cried the entire way there hoping to reset my evening. Only to leave feeling 10...
Read moreI went through the drive thru this evening for breadsticks and Alfredo. I ordered 2 of the 12 breadsticks and it clearly states that the sauce comes with it . The lettering for "with" is in bright yellow . I tell her I would like Alfredo for my sauce and she says it does not come with it. So I tell her that is not what it says , and she proceeds to tell me the prices of the different sizes of sauce I can get. So I pick one and drive to the window. So before I pay I tell them that the sign does say it comes with it and Rebecca M very rudely says that that's not what it says and slams the window , hands my card to another employee, then he cashes me out then hands the card back to her and she shoves my card back at me and tells me to have a good one..I look at my recept and I was still charged for sauce that says on THEIR sign and on the website that it does indeed come with it. I don't mind paying for something that doesn't come with it but this order clearly should have included the sauce as the sign states. Also the way she dismissed me and was very rude about it and wouldn't even talk to me or let talk to a manager , unless she is then that's a huge problem for your store.
