Kokomo Fish Chicken & Gyros — Restaurant in Kokomo

I used to come here all the time. ALL the time. The last experience was iffy, and it had been some time since I returned.

Arrived to people smoking marijuana less than three Fett from the door. Want to smoke? Cool, do that away from public places. Honestly.

We made our way in to order, and watched the cashier try to calculate all she had written down. After clarifying the order multiple times (we were a party of five and sometimes that can be a bit hectic). We assisted in clarifying the order, then the cashier told us an absolutely astronomical number that in no way could be our total. We're talking over three hundred dollars for five meals. Everyone's meal was around 20 bucks. She couldn't tell us where the number came from. She tried again, this time the number was thirty dollars less, and she attributes that price difference to two drinks being rang up separately where they were supposed to be included in meals. Fine. We start adding the total up with her, 150 ish dollars (we ordered an appetizer). She insists that it is still in the neighborhood of 275. She gets her calculator, we watch, it comes down to 172. Great. Wonderful. Terrific. And still states she needs 245?

We just left.

Their food is great. The place isn't always the nicest ambiance wise, but it's a Chicken wing and Fish place. The service has declined significantly. And certainly is not a 300 dollar experience. I'm sad to see it leave our family's...

Poor Service and Unprofessional Attitude

I recently visited Fish, chicken, and Gyros with a group of friends, hoping to enjoy a nice meal together. However, our experience was far from pleasant. Upon arrival, we were made to wait for a staggering 30 minutes while the staff prioritized preparing food for other customers. Despite our polite inquiries, we received no satisfactory explanation for the delay.

When we finally decided to request a refund due to the excessive wait time and lack of attention from the staff, we were met with outright refusal. The restaurant's management displayed a dismissive and unprofessional attitude towards our concerns, which only added to our frustration.

Overall, I cannot recommend Fish, Chicken, and Gyros based on this experience. The poor service, extended wait times, and refusal to address customer grievances demonstrate a lack of respect for patrons' time and satisfaction. It's disappointing when a restaurant fails to uphold basic standards of customer service and...

This is the MOST disgusting place I have EVER been inside!!!!! I'm not sure how in the world the board of health hasn't shut this place down! There are a million tiny spiders inside the pop nozzles in the dining room that come out in the drinks. I about threw up!!!!! I thought it was ants and they needed to clean their nozzles. Well I looked up in there with my flash light and seen never ending spiders! So there was 4 drinks that were paid for and wasted money on! Next, had to use the bathroom.....that was a mistake! The sink was so clogged with nastiness that it wouldn't drain, the soap was diluted with so much water probably to save money! Lord! And the inside of the restaurant itself was just a joke! So dirty!!!!! I am not sure if anyone has ever cleaned in there! The best way to tell how clean a kitchen is, is by the way the rest of the place is being taken care of!!!!!! Facts!
