My boyfriend and I eat here regularly, but have problems with service every time we go. I'm vegan and always order veggie fajitas and they always forget something, but the last time, she rand them up as steak fajitas and I didn't see till I got home. When I called I explained what happened and asked for a manager. She could barely understand me, and when she finally realized what I said she refused. Finally she was bored with me and put a manager on. He was no help either. So I just hung up and at my sides. I also went and ate inside with my friend and her infant son and our waitress forgot about us. We sat for 30 minutes waiting for her to come back. We had to each ask the manager twice for her to come back and he was rude an annoyed each time we asked. The language barrier is pretty bad. My friend speaks fluent Spanish and they still act like they can't understand you. Barely anyone there speaks English. I understand it's a Mexican restaurant, but this is awful. I refuse to tip them anymore because the service is consistently terrible. Like I said, the food is great, but the service is horrendous.
Update: mo th have gone by and service only get worse. You can call you place an order. They will set the phone down and you have to listen to everything going on. I waiting for 10 minutes, hung up and called back....manager did the same thing again. I called a 3 rd time and he tried to do it and I said no ive been trying to order for 20 minutes. And if you call back it says its busy because he just sets the phone down. He was rude, didnt tell me my total or how long it would be. I get there and they are not busy at all. The workers there are just plain stupid and rude. Please hire better people especially the manager because...
Read moreEverything looked great. The service was good. The atmosphere was good. The wait time was even good. The food looked appealing. However, the food tasted Absolutely terrible. Absolutely nothing had any flavor, as if zero seasoning was used. The guacamole was basically squished avocados with tomatoes. The aros compollo tasted like they used velvita cheese and chicken. The "Spanish rice" looked and tasted like it was the bag frozen rice with carrots, peas, corn and lima beans. The refried beans tasted like it was canned. The beef taco meat and enchiladas had zero flavor. Even salt couldn't help it. The fajitas tasted like grill and the bell peppers had a funky after taste you couldn't get out of your mouth. I grew up on the border and grew up on authentic Mexican food. This is not the worst Mexican food I've ever had, but it definitely hit the list of worst 10. We will not...
Read moreA couple of friends got HORRIBLE food poisoning after eating here. Since they were what seemed to be on their death bed, I decided to take initiative and call the restaurant early afternoon to give them a friendly heads up and prevent any further customers from suffering. Unfortunately, when I called the person who answered asked me to call back at 5pm because the manager was on break until then. I even tried explaining what happened since I figured this was important enough to tell the staff regardless of the manager being there but they just kept telling me to try again at 5 and didn’t even bother caring to hear what food they ordered nor was interested in hearing what I had to say so they could step up and possibly take action themselves. So unless you want to spend the day projectile vomiting, I suggest you head to your next...
