This is a horrible establishment. My son and his wife rented an area that was supposed to be for a private party. But it was not it was taken over and ruined by other people that had booked the opposite site with teenagers. My grandson and his schoolmates are 10 years old. They had to be harrased and intimidated and forced out of their area by a gang of disrespectful teenagers and their rude parents. They wanted to make sure that they destroyed my grandsons party, busting through his party area trying to use the stairwell to trap the little kids and use them as targets as they were going down the stairwell to where their supposed play area was! Throwing balls at them that were obviously for one of their dirty games there. It is not a safe or fit place for a younger child. Parents with younger children be aware that unless you are trying to raise bar thugs this place is horrible. The people working did nothing! Oh yeah, I recorded it all. I kindly ask the parent to please stop bullying my grandsons mother in OUR supposedly private area he would not! They made sure that they ruined all of our time there! Sad.. But you really want to know what the saddest part about it is! There were sick grandparents there with cancer fighting for their life not promised another day with this boy, and these people wanted to make what could be their last memory of him and his birthday a nightmare! I could not do nothing but record their bad behavior in case it was needed in a court of law, which I think it should be as we should sue for a refund! Train and run your business better than this!!

Don't come here for laser tag. Basically all of their equipment is broken, so you're gun will either not work at all or you'll be straight up invincible because your sensors won't work. The colors that are supposed to light up to indicate who is on whose team do not work. Sometimes randomly when you're killed there's just straight up no way to be revived. You're just out of the game. Our group of 12 had a bunch of people try to swap out equipment, but they ran out of backups, so a bunch of us were just stuck with our faulty equipment. When we went, there was just one guy working the whole facility and there were multiple parties happening. Lastly, they took forever to start up and then told us we had to leave because there was another group behind us so we paid for an hour, but didn't even get to play with their garbage equipment that long because they overbooked themselves. Save yourself the hassle and book your events somewhere else, I don't know how this place is...

Number of reasons wrong with this place numero uno.. The lazertag equipment is super low quality when I was there the headbands would not light up like they were supposed to and every 5 minutes we had to switch to a completely new gun and headband which takes game time away and on the stair case you walk down and on the platform it sorta dips in just doesn’t seem to stable. The second thing wrong with this place is where it says it has a wheelchair accessible parking lot...it does not, there are a good number of stairs and no ramp that has too be a certain code violation I know this place isn’t a popular business like it used too be LOL but if you have something important like that in the description it’d be a damn good thing to have. Personally better off too go to gravity trampoline park on Markland avenue next to chipotle now that...
