Rally's — Restaurant in Kokomo

Went there last night and ordered the BBQ bacon Mother Cruncher with no pickles. Got all the way home and it was a Big Buford instead. Called went back for what I thought was the correct sandwich and even told them what it was supposed to be on the phone, got home and it was just a regular chicken sandwich with BBQ bacon the other sauce no fried onions or whatever you call them and it had pickle on it so I called back and the gal proceeded to tell me it didn’t have onions because I didn’t ask for them and that they don’t have the fried onions which I was told at the drive through the first time I went through comes on it. I’m on the book to get the correct sandwich tonight. At least I hope it’s correct this time...

I should also point out that I don’t live that far from this location and by the time I got home both...

I gave it a 3 star because only after a second trip to this location was I treated as a guest. My first experience was atroshis. From poor treatment, to cold food, to having the window slammed in my face. However my second trip was quiet different. The staff was respectful and courteous. Very unorganized and chaotic but at least respectful. My food was made quickly, neatly and hot. The Asst. Manager on duty was barrowed from another store and she was very sweet and concerned with providing good service to everyone quickly and efficiantly. Thank you for a much better experience. I had been going to Rallys for years .....decades....I went today for my favorite and my boyfriend's favorite, to be told that the menu had changed! No longer could I get our favorite items! No big chicken,but a mother cruncher which had no crunch! No Mushroom Swiss burger at all no viable substitute, no Apple Pie but ice cream and funnel whatever! The meal I didn't want cost me 18.00 dollars! I have never spent 18.00 dollars at Rallys ever before or ever again, you may have had the bad choice of changing things up but you drove this customer away, not a good move Rallys! Don't bother trying to make this right with free food...
