You have to give these girls credit for doing this. It’s the only vegan đŸŒ± game in town. Delicious blue cheese mushroom quinoa burger. Wait from order to eat was 30 minutes. They didn’t have any seitan cheesesteaks that was on the menu board. Burgers came without potato chips because they ran out. We were offered coffee as a substitute but we declined. Annoying window washers. We came a few years ago but never went inside because the same window washers were there. Get rid of the window washers during business hours. They deter customers from coming inside. GPS drops you a block behind and then it’s a hunt to find the hive sign and the entrance. From Saucony Alley you enter the parking lot going in the wrong way. Needs more accommodating (comfy) atmosphere inside. (Try habitat for humanity restore in the Walmart shopping center in Temple, pa for cheap furnishings). Most burgers $13. Hire more cooks for faster service or get a flat grill and cook all the burgers at once for increased volume and profits. Have all the onions, mushrooms, etc cut ahead of time. Best of luck. Vegans are proud and looking for a place to hang out and meet like individuals. Make big signs that say Vegan đŸŒ±. Turn the lights on so it doesn’t look like you are closed. Tables are too small to have plants on them. Need bigger sign out front with arrows to the entrance. Play some nice palatable low volume music. Not sure why it’s called hive. No association to anything. Rename it ‘Vegan đŸŒ± Burgers’. Get rid of the metal pans for serving and have some forks for when everything falls off the burger.

Our favorite place in town! We're from NYC and it's the first place we stop when in town visiting family. Truly some of the best food we've ever had. Even with all the world's cuisine at our doorstep in NY, we've not found a place that comes close to Hive. All high quality, local, sustainable ingredients. Paul and Robin are the two nicest humans on the planet and always remember us by name and welcome us with open arms (and treats)! Service from them and the rest of the staff is top notch. Cannot say enough good things about this place. It's nice to find a place that cares about where their food comes from in addition to taking the time to get to know everyone who passes through. You cannot go wrong with the Hive Burger and the Vegan Mac n Cheese. Add a house brewed kefir pop on tap - trust us, you won't regret it!

What a great find! I am not vegetarian but I love local fresh food so I gave this place a try. And what I had was delicious! I had the (veggie) burger with blue cheese and mushrooms over greens. The burger itself was packed with flavor and let me feeling full but not too full like some restaurant food does. The mushrooms were perfect with the tangy blue cheese and the greens were as fresh as the ones I pick from my garden! I also tried the oat milk soft serve and was surprised how creamy it was! It was a refreshing treat on a hot day and I enjoyed the hints of flavor from the oat milk and other protein rich ingredients. They staff were super friendly and the atmosphere is adorable. I will definitely be back!

We went on Saturday to pickup food to go to celebrate Mother's day - and what great food! There was only one person working there - and she gave us a heads up there were large orders ahead and there would be a wait. We really appreciated knowing we would wait - but it was worth it since the food was amazing! We ordered a few different dishes to share, the blue cheese burger - which had a great texture and flavor, the pulled portabella, which had a bit of spice and was saucy and really good, and a cheesesteak - while not what you would expect with tomato sauce, and really great flavors and was my favorite. In addition, we got the cauliflower wings and squash fries - both had great sauces and were great vegan delights! In addition, since there was such a long wait - she offered us the vegan ice cream no charge - we got the coffee and it was so good. I wish I had taken pictures, since the food was really nicely prepared, and it was packaged very nicely to go. Overall - fantastic restaurant - and the plus is you can get everything 100% vegan. We will definitely be going back, but will order ahead of time. ...

The positive, I did see a couple burgers come out that actually looked really good but we had stopped in because they were supposed to be a retailer for Stark Juice, a company coincidentally that was located in the same complex but when we got there, none to be found. They indicated they were pressing their own concoction fresh, although I had not seen it on the menu. It was a basic blend containing among other things apples, celery, beets and carrots. Sounded good enough. 2 - 16 oz cups, $21.20...hmmmm... The rest of the menu looked pretty reasonable so this caught me a little off guard. I then watched the server prep everything, without gloves and after just handling my cash - to be fair I am not sure if she had an opportunity to wash or not as she was out of eyesight for a moment. I also watched her cut up an apple, with the label still on and juice it...
