Apothik Eatery was a pretty good experience overall, the staff was very kind and not too pushy while I took my time to order. I ordered a hard cider which was pretty good, cream cheese wantons that I feel were too salty to finish them, and the birria tacos. The tacos were very filling, however the meat was more on the bland side. The dip for the tacos was delicious and the toppings on the tacos were also very good, which made up for the lesser flavor on the meat. My significant other got the enoki ramen, and I'm not a fan of mushrooms but that hits towards the top of the list for some of the best ramen I've had. I never knew this place existed, as I love ramen restaurants. The ramen I ordered was definitely delicious. The fries had excellent flavor but were barely warm by the time we drove home.

Unfortunately, the night we went they must have been incredibly behind. Eat street (who we ordered through) quoted us about 45 minutes from the time we ordered. We waited about ~45 minutes longer than that, in the car before the food was delivered to our car outside. To their credit, they made up for it with a 10 dollar credit for the long wait. I was impressed at the thought.
