Read moreStopped there today with my partner for brunch. This is my 5th or 6th time eating there and the breakfast is usually very good! Today, I actually left still hungry and our bill for two was $50 before tip. I ordered the same thing I have in the past. I received the hash browns with peppers, onions, cheese and brisket. Today, it did not include two eggs or toast?! It may have been a new cook due to the Octoberfest celebration going on in town? Then I look over where they were setting up the pizza buffet, picture included. There was no sneeze guard, no heat lamp and placed right by the door. The chicken sandwich was tough and stringy. The badgerland burger was ok, but definitely not something to write home about. I think they are trying to put their own twist on it, which is admirable, but it fell flat. I don't think we will ever eat there again, but might consider it for drinks. They certainly weren't busy, but the bar was over half full and there were a couple other tables. Certainly wouldn't explain the food quality, so I'm thinking this...
