Orders consistently incorrect, from multiple different restaurants on different occasions. App states driver will check order for accuracy but upon further investigation, Bite Squad informed me that it's a verbal accuracy check with the restaurant. So it's pointless to advertise as such. Live rep ended chat before we were done as well ... Equivalent to being hung up on. Very unprofessional. Also they state they only will refund errors to your BS account and not card you paid with... Why would I want to keep using if it's often wrong? Overall, I'm stopping verbally promoting this...

Worst food delivery service. DO NOT USE. If you like late delivery, screwed up orders, and no recourse once they have delivered the wrong food items, then this is the place for you. Seriously though, save yourself alot of aggravation and use any other food...
