Burger King — Restaurant in La Follette

Something about not being char broiled at Burger King.... No flavour. Also, it's yet another local restaurant that won't honor the company-wide Veteran's Discount.

Update 2024-June-24: Cuatomers asking questions about a Veterans Discount is not "attacking" an employee. Skinny redhead nearly jumped over the counter at a Veteran who was asking questions. She was reactionary, rude and nonsensical. Another customer told her she should respect veterans more.and she started going off that the first one had cussed her out and attacked her. Didn't happen --- she was the one leaning over the counter with her finger in his face screaming, "F--- you! You're the one who doesn't give a s---!" after he remarked, "They don't give a s--- about veterans..." He even went on to try and apologize and explain what he said, and that he wasn't attacking her, and she continued to entrench. Confronted about it, she lied about the entire situation which was easily heard and quite observable from my vantage point. And when customer number 2 confronted her, I couldn't help but call out her lies while I was standing there waiting to a drink refill.

That this moron is allowed to work with customers is reprehensible. Clearly she needs rehab and therapy.

Also, the ice machines haven't worked in...

The fountain drink station was very nasty pop and ketchup and paper from customers was everywhere. I've got two original chicken sandwiches and they didn't have time to cut them in half like they have always been. Those were the first chicken sandwiches ever got from any Burger King that was not cut at a angle across the center. And we could not find a clean table to sit at. My 3 kids and I. I spent over $20 less than 25 for us to eat. But my overall experience at the LaFollette Burger King was rather poor to say the the best I can say about it. I hope your experience there is better than ours was. It's safe to say we will be making a difference choice for a place to eat next time we go out. I went there to try the New Chicking sandwich, I was excited to try it after reading the reviews! What I got was a total let down! First of all, they weren't busy! Yet it took at least 15 minutes to get my food! When I finally did receive my food, it was horrible! Mind you, I was the Only customer in the drive thru! When I opened the bag, the fries were cold, and looked like they were leftovers! The Chicking was Huge, but on closer inspection, was mostly breading! The bun looked like it was reused and soggy! There were two tired looking pickles, no type of sauce, except for the Sweet and Hot sauce they poured on top, which made the breading even more soggy! I ended up throwing the whole thing away! I'll never go back to this...
