I had a great experience! Had a nightmare experience with Knoxville Wholesale, waiting 5 months for furniture, lie after bs excuses, decided to pop in spur of the moment since I had no couch, and the salesgirl was very nice and helpful. Wore a mask, was patient and not pushy, let me roam, after bad experience with KF, she told me what pieces were in stock. I got similar couch for same price and I ended up getting a bed frame! Very affordable and was delivered a week later. Delivery guys were on time, set up quick, very friendly and respectful. Very happy...

Horrible experience. Accused me of being late on payments all the time. Well after i got them paid off the seal on my refrigerator came off it took 2 months for them to even come look at an then they accused me of pulling it off ( like seriously I'm just gonna intentionally pull it off ) they finally did order me a new one but still have not came to replace it an when she called an said they got it in she wanted to know when I was gonna be making a payment 🙄🙄 definitely would not recommend them at all I will never buy anything...

Awful. Bought a couch that completely snapped in half at the base just after a year. When I called about it (considering I still owed money on a couch I could do longer use), they were completely unhelpful. Had to pay the rest of the money owed after I had to literally throw the couch out.
