Pizza Hut — Restaurant in La Follette

I have to say the waitress , I went to school with and couldn't stand her. Even with this in mind I would give her 9 out of 10 on how well she did. There was no wait when we went in and got straight to our table the waitress immediately came over got our drink order and brought them to us. I ordered a meat lover's p'zone, pan pizza with extra pepperoni for my husband, and cheesesticks to share. She made sure our cheesesticks came out first to munch on before our food and within about ten minutes of ordering our food came out, very hot and delicious. She did great on coming back and asking if we needed anything, bringing refills as we needed them and brought us a box without being asked. One thing I will note is that it was not lunch or dinner rush while we were there. There was a few other tables and customers picking up carry-out so you may get a different experience during a time when they are very busy. Make sure you show great waitresses your appreciation guys by leaving great tips. If waitresses don't get rewarded for their great attitudes, taking care of your food and drinks, keep checking on you, and everything else they lose those qualities cause it doesn't make a difference. On Saturday the 15th of 2025, my 78 yr old mother called and placed a pickup order. She asked for a deal box. She got 2 med. pepperoni pizza's, she ask for a family size of cheese sticks, bread sticks, and cinnamon sticks like she always does. They should have it in the computer because she order's alot. But this time a jerk put in a dbl order and they tried charging her $72.84 for that crap. When I went to get her order I was standing there when she placed her order. He said for me to tell her next time not to order so much. Hmmm I told him that's my mother ur talking about and he best watch what his says next. This will be the LAST time getting anything from that rip off place. Plus the place stays Empty anymore, guess because it's Nasty and the employees treat you like crap. Her 72 dollar order got reduced to 52. Which is pure stupidity for 2 pizza's cheese sticks, bread sticks, and cinnamon sticks. Papa John's has a better deal than that. Heck even Domino's is better priced. So I think corporate needs to watch there cameras better and toput cameras in there drivers cars to see what and where there going and doing. Other states have them....

Our pizza was awful...the crust was so soggy, You had to eat it with a knife and fork. We had the salad bar as well....the lettece was brown. The counter top around the salad bar was so sticky....the sticky to where it had not been cleaned in a while. A lot of the tables were dirty...after they were wiped off....you could see build up on almost everything. The booster seat they brought my Granddaughter was so nasty...I would not let her use it. The whole place needed to be cleaned from top to bottom. I can't believe the health department hasn't already shut them down. My Granddaughter had a kids meal with a personal cheese pizza..

It tasted like elmers glue...smells... The paste glue.... The workers were very friendly ..but some of them were nasty looking. They looked as though they had not bathed, or washed their hair in some time.That right there is nasty and uncalled for....around food. If you can't keep yourself clean..
