I went through the drive-through, placed my order, and after I was finished, they asked me to hold on. Then, they sent another girl to take my order again all over again. When I repeated my entire order again for the second time, it still came out wrong and cold! I won’t go into all the details, but I just want to say if I’m ordering food at 9PM and you don’t close until 12AM, I expect my food to be correct and fresh, especially after waiting a long time for it! When I got home, my family and I noticed that our order was incorrect, and our burgers and fries tasted like they were drenched in salt because someone at the restaurant was heavy-handed, likely tired and ready to go home which is understandable! But when I asked you to remake my food, you all got an attitude, only wanted to remake half of what I ordered, and expected me to return the overly salty food before I can get my new food just to throw it away, which is not even allowed due to the ongoing virus! Plus, I had to waste gas driving back for something you rushed to prepare because it was late and didn’t think it mattered! The heavyset caucasian girl at the drive-thru window with pink nail polish had a nasty attitude; she slammed the window in my face after I asked if they could remake my fries and said to her that I would wait! And also the Caucasian Dyke manager on nights shift who had short hair and tattoos all over her arms, was strange for asking me personal questions about whether I come there often or not. She wanted my old food before giving me the new food, and when I handed it to her, she just threw it away! Keep in mind, the new food they gave me was still wrong and just as cold as the old food! Like how you ask for someone’s old food bag after I had to drive way back up their wasting my gas for something y’all messed up smh plus with so many viruses around, it’s unacceptable to try to take back food with bare hands, which is why I said forget it and drove off! You all need a better manager on nights and better workers! Bc that one heavyset girl working the drive thru window at night with pink nail polish and that dyke manager with all the tattoos is really going to cause y’all to lose to customers bc they is too nasty to customers and too laid back which is the reason why the food was served cold and incorrect now! Don’t waste your money at this location, I won't be coming back! Nd If you decide to visit this place, just remember that the day shift is far superior to the night shift at this location, no doubt about it!💯 You’ll find most of the employees on nights in the parking lot smoking rather than being in the kitchen 🚩 Always regard customers' food as if it were your own regardless of the time of the day it is and remember that customers is...
Read moreworst fast food place i’ve EVER been to. sat at the drive thru speaker for 15 minutes and nobody acknowledged us or said give them a minute or anything, finally we drive around nobody is even in the drive through we are waiting for no reason! the manager doesn’t know how to do his job, i work fast food and there was no reason for anyone to be sitting at the speaker whatsoever. i asked them why they didn’t say anything at the speaker like i’ll be with you in a minute or anything and he ignores it, and says that he can’t really do anything and this is the MANAGER. if you’re a manager and feel like you can’t help customers and make their experience there better then you do NOT need to be a manager and screaming at customers after they sat waiting for no reason, absolutely ridiculous. man should not have his job or be working in food at all if you don’t know how to treat your customers. i understand being busy and feeling overwhelmed but you still don’t just leave people sitting for no reason without saying anything and I HAD A...
Read moreI just want to encourage middle management and the rest of the staff that it’s important to put the correct sauces in the bag, especially upon a consumer’s request. I used to be a server and took great pride in providing an exceptional experience to the guest. While the drive thru line is a different beast, it is certainly an experience of its own that can be negative or positive. I finally had to commit to checking the food before pulling away because of the mishaps (which I feel is awkward for me and the employee). And now, I must commit to checking the correct sauces are in there. The sweet and sour may look like honey mustard, but it is definitely not the honey mustard I requested. My hope is that the food/service industry reverses is downward spiral and commits to taking pride in its craft in giving consumers exceptional experiences...
