Subway — Restaurant in South Carolina

I just wanna know whose idea it was to leave two teenage kids in there by themselves. I don’t blame them what so ever for my food being prepped and made completely wrong, because they legitimately had the whole store to themselves and were backed up from the bogo footlong orders. I also was not the only one who had their orders made wrong, a few other customers came back and had them fixed. I on the other hand didn’t know until a couple hours later that my subs were wrong and ruined. I suggest the manager(s) do better about, one, being in the store with these children to watch them because they aren’t grown just yet nor do their lives get thrilled making subs for a living and, two, if you’re not gonna be there at least have another adult there who knows and is willing to preform the job. Because those two could do nothing but bicker over who made what orders and who was gonna make which orders, all while their friends sat in a corner vaping, cussing, and being vulgar at another table. My family and I went to eat yesterday and the guy taken our order help himself to a tip from our debt card. When he asked if I wanted my Receipt He was hesitant to give it to me. He tipped himself almost 5 dollars. It's not about the money bc if he had a better Attitude i might not have cared but he stole money out of my account and yes that's exactly what it's called!! When my husband went up there to talk to the manager of all people he called my husband a lier but gave my husband the money back which wasn't the point. It's who else has this kid done this too!! But when I called to confront the manager about calling my husband a lier he over talked me, was extremely rude to me and once again called my husband a lier and hung up on me. I called back to ask his name so i can call corporate but he wouldn't even say a word to me. I let him know i will be finding out one way or another. I went to this establishment on yesterday with my children. We walked in and no one was up front. A guy then came dragging from the back. I was not greeted or anything. I was looking for a particular item on the menu that I did not see. I asked the gentleman if they still had it and he did not say a word. He just looked at me and pointed. Another young lady came from the back and she did not greet us. She walked from the back as she was taking another order for a drive thru customer. That was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in a while. Fast forward to now, I have been up sick since 3 am with what I believe is food poisoning. This was a horrible experience and my children even asked why the gentleman acted as if he did not want to take our order. This is my second visit to this establishment. The first was a lot better than this one. This will be my last visit there.
