I'm giving them three stars because the food is good however they are really dropping the ball on everything else. They need to understand the concept of timing the food so that people can finish their salads and appetizers and clear the table before the food comes out. my food got cold before I could get to it following salad/appetizer, and there was no more room on the table to put it all. They should be full on Saturday night but they were not because although the food is good, they would do better to invest extra on the dining experience, at least linen napkins. For the price Id like to see table clothes and candles. This is not a fast food joint, why are they giving paper napkins and salad dressing in to-go plastic containers??? That really takes away the charm of going for an Italian dining experience which is what they should strive for. What's next plastic utensils? Ok if you are dead set on paper napkins, make them the nice large heavy premium kind. Lastly the desserts are overpriced but everything else seems to be in line price wise, but at 16 to $25 Id like a little atmosphere and watch business grow. Get the date-night people in there too!
UPDATE I forgot to add this time I noticed a difference in the bruschetta. Before it's been more finely chopped with more tomatoes, oil, garlic, more basil. It's one of the best things on the menu but not this time. Once you get something right...
Read moreThe side chicken soup was flavorful because of the broth but it had too much oil in it that you could even taste it too strongly; the flavors are noticeably fighting each other (2/5)and the chicken in the soup was noticeably from canned chicken -you can still taste the Metal of the container in the chicken . I ordered their daily special which was some sort of pasta with veggies and mix of cheeses as their sauce. The sauce was almost perfect. Same issue here. Way too much oil so I couldn’t enjoy completely. The pasta couldn’t even mix in well with the sauce because of the oil. The tomatoes were perfectly grilled and perfect amount of spinach. I did notice it have some weird white stuff in it which gave off a weird scent and flavor. I suggest you Omit it. It contradicts the rest of the dish in a negative way. Store: the store is really cute, very aesthetic from the inside but it smells too strongly like bleach. It’s nice to know the restaurant is clean but not too much haha that’s the reason why I chose to do takeout. The service was pretty mediocre tbh. They don’t greet you nor do they even use their customer service voice. They just take your order and have you wait on the side. They clearly don’t want to be there lol I wouldn’t either if my workplace smelled like...

The food was was okay. 1.) Entre - Chicken piccata was over cooked, tough and dry. 2.) Entre - Penne arrabiata was perfect in temp (hotness) because I asked for it to me mild. However, the sauce didn’t tasted canned rather than homemade. Also, it was too sweet. 3.) The Garlic bread could have been more seasoned; watch to assure it doesn’t burn. 4.) Service - when we asked for fresh Parmesan, the waitress pointed to the store-bought processed jar on the table. We again asked for fresh Parmesan for our meal, as authentic Italian restaurants serve, and she kept saying to use the table Parmesan. We asked for the real deal and she finally relented. Servers need to be trained in proper etiquette for a higher end restaurant. The rest of her service was good. Example in proper serving etiquette; someone else served food with our waitress and when approaching our table, asked, “Who has the….?” A proper server at a good restaurant should always know what each patron ordered (if you need to draw a diagram on the order, slip- do it). Otherwise overly casual service and lack of manners/etiquette turn a restaurant experience into a diner experience. Pass or Fail? Pass with a C grade due to service and one Entre that was lacking because of...
