Castañeda's Mexican Food — Restaurant in La Habra

I went to castaneda's Mexican food on Beach boulevard in the city of La habra, on Saturday 4/20 2024 . I've been going to this restaurant since it opened I'm a city of La habra resident homeowner. I always order a combo plate and I was very disappointed because I asked for everything on the side, guacamole pico de gallo sour cream. When they brought it out to me they were telling me that it doesn't come with pico de gallo or guacamole? I always get the same plate it's my favorite I always order it like that. I spoke with the cashier who took my order a slim Hispanic young man. But he wouldn't do it and he brought out a one of the cooks and I thought oh well it's now becoming a debate and an argument brought him to my table to ruin my meal. The cashier the cashier was handling things even though they asked for a supervisor and they said there wasn't one, he was rude and disrespectful and he was laughing. The tortilla on the burrito in this combo was not even warm. I tried to find and look up a corporate number but I couldn't find it and I was doing that while I was in the restaurant . I was almost going to return the food to get my money back but I just decided to get all to go since they ruin the moment. Right after that I called another store, in Hesperia, I spoke with the lady who said she was the manager of that store she said that I can't call the corporate direct but that she would give them my name and number and that they would be calling me this week she said probably Monday or Tuesday. Now I'm posting this because now it's Wednesday evening business hours all over and they never called me. They should have a better care of a long time customer like me. They should be made aware of negative customer experiences in their store. Especially since there's so much competition out there and the prices are getting steep. The combos used to come with the drink. But now they don't offer their drink with the combos yet they've raised the prices like four or five times since they used to offer the drink with the combo. This food is the worse food I've ever eaten.. it's not authentic and extremely high-priced I will stick to going to mocha salsa even if I have to drive 5 miles out of my way… Their beans Taste like can beans their rice had no flavor their taquitos we're not authentic taquitos and their sauce was not authentic guacamole as it was avocado sauce The one taco that I ordered shredded beef was so small smaller than my hand and they charge me $3.05for it where I can go to mocha salsa and get a large taco for $2.29..The Taquito plate was $8.50 I could not believe how horrible it taste and I will absolutely positively 1000% never go to this cheesy Mexican food place ever ever They should've kept it as mocha salsa I will definitely spread the word on my blogs for food never ever to go to this place A waste of $12.44. Woke up craving Menudo, I called my neighbor who had brought us an amazing menudo last year and he gave me this location, driving out here I was surprised to see that they have so many locations and they are all 24hrs and I also noticed they had one closer to my house, oh well the drive was worth it, arriving this morning we were already starving so we ordered the menudo and a combo plate with a green cheese enchilada and a hard shell taco with rice and bean. I was surprised to taste that their refried beans have garlic in them! So yummy and their green enchilada sauce is one of the best I have had in awhile, the menudo unfortunately was not the same as I remember, my husband loved it, I was not a fan but I will not take away that their food...
