I made a mobile order and it was not ready. In fact, it was apparent staff had no idea a mobile order had been placed. Instead of informing me that order was not ready, they had me wait. I advised that I was in a hurry and to please refund my money. I did not see credit on my app so I called the store and asked for owner. I spoke with “Rog” who said he was the owner and for me to call corporate if I wanted a refund. He continued to insist I should return to store to get my order. Are you kidding me ??? 2nd time here. First time was when they just opened and let's be honest, we, the cashier and I , didn't know what we were doing lol. Growing pains are real. Anyways, coming back again cause the husband likes Dunkin'. We ordered ahead and got the 8 buck meal, bacon, egg and bagel, medium ice coffee and hash browns. 10 donut holes and loaded hash browns.
We got various donut hole and the manager was so accommodating to let me swap some for the pumpkin 🎃 ones.
Later on I wasn't feeling the mango pineapple refresher, I actually have a strong food sensitivity to pineapple and when I spoke to the attendant she was happy to help me find an alternative.

Horrible experience this morning! I was so excited to go try the coffee here since they just opened and I always brew my Dunkin coffee at home. I asked for the cream and sugar on the side so I can prepare at home. I get to the window the kid is surprised to see I'm paying with cash and then hands me ONE cream and ONE sugar. I told him I asked for 6 of each and he is so confused. I get home and open my coffee and it's SO pale!
The sticker on the cup says 6 cream ONE on the side 6 sugars ONE on the side, but the receipt says 6 of each ON THE SIDE!
So disappointed..never going back. I don't want another cup of coffee ruined. I'm...
