When are we NOT eating KBBQ lol?! My bf and I heard they were offering competitive deals, so we had to stop by to check it out.

Parking: They’re located in a busy plaza. We visited around 4pm, and it was pretty packed. I got lucky with a spot.

Ambiance/Environment: When we visited, it wasn’t as busy. We were seated immediately. They have booths and tables. It became more busy during their dinner rush at 5:30-6pm as there was a wait outside. It’s a very casual spot. Not the cleanest restaurant, but it was decent.

Service: Shout out to our server Sean! He’s very knowledgeable about the menu and even recommended us his favorite meats. He was very courteous and attentive to our needs. When the dinner rush came in, I could tell it became overwhelming for some of the workers. They do seem understaff. It was a bit difficult to get their attention when it was busy.

Deals: They have so many deals! Their menus are really easy to read. They have lunch special for $19.99, dinner special for $25.99, and 50% off alcoholic beverages! They also offer 3 main menu choices.

Meats: We went with Menu A that included 69 items. Sean recommended us the short rib steak, soy marinated rib, and beef brisket. Their meats are definitely premium! The rib short steak was huge! Everything tasted amazing!

Sides: They offer a lot of sides! I got the kimchi fried rice, corn cheese, salad, and steamed egg. We definitely could’ve ordered more sides, but we knew we couldn’t fit everything ugh! I’ll have to visit again to try their pho (yes .. they offer pho as a side dish)!

Bar: They have a self serve bar that included all the basic marinated meats. I got the spicy beef bulgogi, regular beef bulgogi, & marinated pork belly. These all tasted delicious. They also had more side dishes at the self serve bar! I got gyozas, french fries, chicken nuggets, onion rings, and tortillas! I will say these could’ve been kept warmer bc they were cold when I ate them.

Drinks: I couldn’t say no to half off alcohol! My bf and I got sojus and beers. Best way to start off the weekend!

HORRIBLE RESTAURANT!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE IF YOUR NOT KOREAN. My husband and I decided to try a new place for we love Korean food. What we experienced and what I observed what very disappointing. Waited over an hour to be seated when there was open tables. When Korean persons walked in they were seated right away. This nice Korean man who walked in with his son's was going to be seated right away spoke up on our behalf and told the hostess we were there before him. So she gave us a dirty look and seated us. 3.We then sat at our table for over an hour waiting to be servred and just observing how all the people who arrived after us were being served there food. 4.The 5 people who shortly arrived after us who were Caucasian and Hispanic, waiting to be seated waited almost 1 1/2 hours were never seated and turned away after they had waited all that time. Actually I think they just left after being ignored. I felt bad for them. There were many open tables. But only if you were Korean you were seated. At 9:45 pm they finally brought the rest of our food. Which tasted terrible. Our bill was $100 for the 2 us.Very over priced. My husband left a tip even though I asked him not to. This place had decent food, and a sorta clean environment. Only problems I have is that they had horrendous service. Nobody came to us when we wanted to order, and our water cups were always empty. Came here with my family on Fathers day and it went well at first. After the water vase was empty, we kept asking for a change but nobody came. Also one thing I absolutely HATED was that my dad (who isn't good with the pronunciation of English words) got treated horribly for asking for ice. He had bad pronunciation and this man (who had a higher status than the servers and cleaners) was yelling at my dad because he pronounced it wrong. It wasnt like the guy didn't know what my dad was talking about. Honestly I felt disgusted after this, the guy was definitely drunk on the job. This dude showed no respect on father's day and it pissed me off. He then proceeded to fill up a giant glass of ice and just throw it infront of my dad with no care.
