Starbucks — Restaurant in La Habra

I don't think I've ever been to a Starbucks where I felt like the people working behind the counter wanted to be there less. When I walked up there was two women working behind the counter at this Target Starbucks. Neither one of them smiled the whole time. I was there during the order of my drink waiting for my drink to be made and the presentation of said drink. After waiting for the two of them along with several of their other Target co-workers to finish their conversations , I ordered an iced black tea sweetened no water... I will say that I was impressed that the girl who took my order asked for my name , however, when she handed the cup to the other girl to make the drink ,ot only did the barista making my drink not even glance at the cup but she filled it 3/4 of the way with water topped it off with iced tea, threw a lid on it and called out my name.

Granted, that I might be a little biased because I worked Starbucks myself for quite a few years, but I know that iced teas are supposed to be shaken. This one wasn't,no big deal, if that had been the only thing, but the fact that I specifically said no water and my drink was 3/4 that and that I asked for it sweetened and there was no flavoring in it whatsoever made it a complete waste of my money. At that point I didn't even bother to try and argue it because I knew that the girls behind the counter wouldn't care. I threw out my drink and left.

I highly highly recommend stearing clear of this Starbucks. They don't care enough and will end up just being a waste of your time and money.

I wish I had been smart and walked away like I watched the numerous other customers do when they were being ignored after she went back to her more important conversations with her fellow Target co-workers.

Fast and accurate service. I had not visited this Starbucks in a while... one, because of Covid and two, because the last few times I visited before Covid times, the service was lackluster and the drinks were ridiculously insipid. Now, the baristas are nice and courteous, and the drinks are as flavorful(strong) as they should be. I also found THE coolest and simple...

Worst customer service.. telling customers tht they are very rude.. no manners here saying what to touch.. can't use rewards here .. can't get tea here bc expresso doesn't wrk why are they open if they can't be helpful towards...
