Panda Express — Restaurant in La Marque

I have a three strike policy because I know people make mistakes and things happen. But when you get into a argument with a manager because the restaurant makes a mistake that's where I draw a line. Drive thru gave me the wrong food for my kids, I gave the restaurant the benefit of the doubt and didn't check it till I got home. Saw it was wrong drove all the way up there and the hot tempered little Hispanic manager, argues saying we'll on your receipt you got what you ordered. I said politely she must have heard me wrong because my kids are like most kids and don't eat spicy. She says my kids eat spicy food and I said that's why I said MOST kids. She gives up and tells her employ to make what I want and doesn't talk to me again. No "I'm sorry for the mix up", courteousness is free, being polite is free.... don't understand...

I did love this location but it seems its going down hill. Ive been here several times and got mandarin soy sauce. I was told this last time it didnt exist. Huh? I have gotten at least once a week for months. Then I was rushed when I asked for it like I was an inconvenience and told they must be out all of sudden. I thought it didnt exist. The girl at the drive through was rude and had an attitude. This was Tuesday around 6 pm. Worst experience ever at a Panda express. Then I get home and barely have any chow mein. And all veggies on the Kung pow chicken. Im very easy to deal with. But dont like being treated rude and getting ripped off. Panda give me a reason to come back. Because right...

On 10/06/25; Got there at 9:30 on the dot because that’s when they open on Mondays. I waited at the driver thru for 5 min before pulling to the window and knocking on it for 3 more for anyone to get there attention. She waved to me no and I came inside and I asked is no one doing drive thru she said no our front counter person isn’t here yet. Then she said I can’t take your order in here either because I have no register (a way for her to log in and put the order). I just walk out because I was already waiting outside in the drive thru for 8 min just to get inside and get disappointed again.
