I got the Single Cheeseburger. This cheeseburger was so big! The lady at the counter named Cara was so sweet, helpful, and friendly. She has excellent customer service skills. When I opened up my to- go container I was kind of surprised to see that the burger top bun was over grilled. It was rather dark. The bun style looked like a croissant and was kind of thin to hold up such a thick burger. When I took a bite, it didn’t taste burnt though. It was pretty tasty overall. They fixed it with everything that I asked for including my grilled onions. Whoever seasoned it, was not shy with the salt! Some parts were a little more salter than other parts. The curly fries were pretty decent and extra crunchy!I paid anround $20 for entire combo meal because I later decided I wanted to try the curly fries. Overall was a great experience just need to be careful next time not to over toast the bun and season a little bit more evenly on the meat. Next time that I come back I’m trying the chicken avocado wrap and fish sandwich. Someone else had it and it looked big...

My wife visited this establishment to pick up our order and did not have a good experience. Upon arriving she informed me that there was no one at the front, so she ended up waiting for approximately five minutes before anyone came out to assist her. She explained that while she was patently waiting she could see into the kitchen area where a couple of employees appeared to be engaging in non-work related behavior, including one employee sticking out her tongue and displaying her tongue piercing to another employee numerous times. When someone did come to the front, rather than being greeted with a friendly "Hello, how can I help you?" she was met with a curt "Yes", which made my wife feel as though she was interrupting them. I placed a online order at the La Marque location. The order went through Door Dash even though I placed it on their website. 22 minutes later I received a text from Door Dash saying it should be ready. I went inside and the young lady at the counter told me it was not ready. I asked her how long and she replied 5... maybe 10 minutes. She never checked! She didn't care about the customer. At 6:25 I walked back in to find my order being bagged. 37 minutes from order time until completion. Too long! London style fish and shrimp were really good but the fish was really oily. 3/8" cut home fries should have been good but they were a bit dried out.
