Today I witness not only health code violations but attitudes and disregard to the general service of a customer service position was ridiculous. I witness not only an employee wiping her nose and then handling food without washing her hands but not one person had a hair net on or gloves and all hair for all the females in this place were past their shoulders. I witnessed one individual have house shoes on in the back. And then the attitudes were ridiculous. I had one female come to the front and continue to take a call on her headphones which she had on both ears by the way while customers were walking in the door wanting to place an order with her. She continue to be on the phone and take her phone call and it wasn't until she was done with her phone call that she attended to the guest that were walking in. The consistent goofing off and the loudness all the way from the back with the cussing and the horse playing is truly appalling. Little Caesars as a brand needs to come up here and clean house really well or something needs to change and management. If the general manager that's here actually reads this post please feel free to reach out to me. I'm extremely extremely pissed and disappointed in...
Read moreI literally have no idea what they're doing. It is a Little Ceasers Pizza but they're not making Little Ceasers Pizzas. Look at this "Extra Most Bestest" with Jalapenos. The pizza crust is about a 1/4 inch thick and crisp/crunchy like a pretzel at the edge. The rest of the dough is about the width of a cracker. It's a thin crust pizza. No vissable cheese under most of the pepperoni. No liquid sauce; it was applied too thin and it dried out. There is no taste of sauce. Without moisture, the nature of the crust and pepepperoni creates a dry chewy paste. They also don't cut the pizza all of the way through on most slices; you can see in the pictures that the crust tears and the top of the adjoining piece will slide off revealing the lack of cheese and sauce. My son and I used a pocket knife the separate the slices, had one slice each and gave the rest to a beggar under the overpass. We called this order in and picked it up. It was fresh made. Side note, when they think your done with giving your order over the phone they say, "OK" and hang up. No goodbye or "will...
Read moreWent twice to this location, first time, they had no hot n' ready pizzas. I had to wait 30 mins for one. 2nd time I came here I waited 15 minutes to place an order to no avail. People are working in the back, sure, but no one was working cashier. Some people on break was to the right and didn't notify the workers that I, and 3 other customers were waiting. Like, there's a beep as soon as someone opens the door... on top of that, some female short Latina worker walked behind the front counter, didn't make any eye contact with me, proceeded to plug in her phone and return to the back. A female customer waiting with me said "hello" and nobody answered, another customer left after waiting for too long and I followed suit. Went to a lil Caesars in Dickinson and had my order placed within the first 45 seconds of entering. Do not go to this location if you...
