Pizza Hut — Restaurant in La Marque

Ordered $60 worth of pizzas. The pizzas were never delivered called into the manager and he said that they were delivered and his driver confirmed it. I said no they weren’t. I had a camera, and my neighbor was having a party out of their garage and no one came to my house. There were also 4 people sitting in the living room where the front door is. With my son coming down every 10 minutes to ask if the pizza is here yet and look outside. The instructions were to hand it to me. They had my number and I had NO missed calls. I asked them to then describe it was on my porch and he couldn’t/wouldn’t. He said he would figure it out and call me back. We’re waiting to eat dinner though. Why wouldn’t you immediately send me out the pizzas I didn’t get I called him back and he starts ignoring the calls 15 calls later we drive up there he says we got our pizzas even though we’re calling over and over and driving up there doesn’t seem like someone who got their pizza and still refuses to make them, he’s very skittish starts talking about his 45 he has a kid who’s 21 like I don’t care I’m hungry I want to eat! at the same time I’m on the phone with 800 Pizza Hut people and they asked to talk to him and he also tells them that we got our pizzas and says, can you call me back on the store phone because I don’t want to talk on the phone and asked us to pull around. Then the lady on the one 800 number calls us back and let us know she called him 10 times and he won’t pick up the phone at Pizza Hut. We dealt with this for two hours. It was so infuriating. They did give our money back and we went to Taco Bell but I’m just beside myself that no manager ever called us. This man running the store was very sketchy and look like he was on some thing and kept asking us over and over that he would mark it undeliverable to order again and charge my card again even though we didn’t get our first order and according to another delivery driver, that’s how managers steal money from the store so it’s odd that the one 800 number never had us anyone...

The worst! Every time I have ordered from this area Pizza Hut I have had a terrible experience. I have asked the La Marque store for a direct line to order, to which they told me they’re not allowed to do that. So I’m left with ordering through and ordering line and I explain I need it from the closest store which is in La Marque, Texas. On this particular day I place my order through the order line explaining problems in the past and again reiterating the need for my order to go to the La Marque store, I was reassured it would go to the appropriate location. Shortly after I received a call from the Denver Colorado area code stating my pizza was ready but wanted to ensure my address was correct because it did not sound right I laughed and said my address and they said it doesn’t sound right but OK will be there shortly and hung up. After 30 or so minutes went by from that call I called the number back to see if they were still in route, after The driver answered, “Domino’s“ 😳 I was told Google maps was telling them 17 minutes away. We waited another 25 minutes until another call came in from another location saying their driver was lost it was only her third day and would be turning back around and that they were sorry. I then asked, does that mean I just received a “sorry” with no pizza after over an hour of a wait? He chuckled and said he apologizes but there’s nothing else he could do because his driver was lost and the pizza was cold and would have to be remade at another location. Pizza Hut needs to pull themselves together and hire competent people that know how to operate phones to take orders within their own location and follow addresses. In all honesty there is no excuse for not being able to answer a phone, take a order, make a pizza, and drive it to a location. After all this is there service, this is what they state to provide an repetitively they have failed. Make Pizza Hut...

I'm new in the area and wanted a pizza , luckily this pizza hut is close and they took care of me. Great food and it was delivered fast. I haven't been in the venue so I can't speak on the atmosphere. I went inside recently 5/14/25 and omg the people that work there are rude as h... I came in, multiple times, back n forth trying to get their attention,while the drivers look at me crazy as if I'm not a customer finally the lady came and took my order , I paid and then she left to go to the back, I got my receipt and tried to give her their copy but she never came back. So now just like before I'm going back n forth to get my pizza and to make sure she knows I paid for and here's the receipt, but when I tell u these people never came to the front of the store to check and when I finally got my pizza it had been just sitting in the oven after I came in multiple times to get it. Finally the lady who took the order finally came to the front and said she was busy I'm like lady I have come in multiple times and I can see u and the drivers just laughing and talking and like I said earlier the driver saw me at the front but never told the lady I was in the lobby waiting. Then she tried to play the victim by saying that I called her a liar,when I didn't but she was. Pizza was good but service was horrible. Check the video footage. I'm not gonna mention her...
